Their products are pretty nice but their customer service is poor. I purchased an 84"-bathroom vanity set of theirs that included high end mirrors that displayed the date, time, temperature and a defogger. The temperature was way off in one of the two mirrors and they basically told me to take a hike. I requested a replacement, and they strung me along asking for photos and model #'s etc. I submitted everything they asked for and they told me to contact the online retailer who sold me the set. They had already told me they didn't have a replacement, so I contacted Lexora hoping they could supply one. These mirrors are hung and in place AND I had to have electric run to them, boxes installed in the wall etc.
