Got the Jeff Koons x Lexon balloon dog…
Got the Jeff Koons x Lexon balloon dog lamp on the original drop.
Have to say it's just a statement piece. I love the glow an the different lighting effects it has. It's somehow playful while being elegant.
My 2 small negatives - the new editions take the sheen off the original limited edition lamps. Secondly, be prepared for import taxes etc if you're overseas. Outside their control to a degree and is mentioned but hard to know til yours hits your country.

1 star – only because zero isn’t an option.
Absolutely shocking experience with Lexon.
I placed an order and received little to no communication for months. After repeatedly chasing, I was eventually told by Paul from Lexon that a delivery had supposedly been attempted back in December and then returned — something I was never properly informed about at the time.
I was then offered either a resend or a refund. I confirmed I wanted the item resent on 12 March. Since then, Paul has completely stopped responding. No confirmation, no dispatch update, no tracking details — nothing at all.
I have followed up multiple times and have been ignored. It’s now beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
For a company of this profile, the lack of basic communication and accountability is embarrassing. If you’re going to offer a resolution, at least follow through on it.
Avoid this company if you expect any level of customer service or reliability.

Art Meets Design
As a new customer to Lexon, it was their collaboration with Jeff Koons iconic balloon dog that drew my attention to their products. I ordered both a lamp and a speaker in August 2025 for the first release and despite a slight delay in the shipping timelines, I was the proud recipient of a pair of puppies on Christmas eve. All I can say is it was worth the wait!
From the impressive presentation box and charging cable to the excellent build quality and features, both pieces were well deserving of their certificate of authentication. The unmistakable stylish Balloon Dog design was backed up with well made practicality and ease of use!
Now having spent a few months getting to know and use my canine companions, I can say that they have delivered an art and design classic to the home.

Fantastic product
I had an initial problem with a delay in the delivery of the balloon dog - but once I contacted the company, they were very responsive to my concerns. The balloon dog was delivered without an issue, and is fantastic. I can light it according to the mood of the event I am hosting - it looks great, and is a conversation starter! Fantastic product that I would highly recommend.

I really treated myself with these 2 guys and they give me a smile everyday I spot them somewhere in between my furniture...
I ordered 1 baloon dog with "light" and 1 balloon dog with "speakers" and I love them both.
Yes, the delivery took a little longer than expected but the customer service was always very friendly and there for me. I really do appreciate friendly customer service nowadays...
So I did not mind too much about delayed delivery. When the product was finally shipped I immediately became full tracking information over country borders (my dogs were shipped to Germany) and it just took some days for my 2 dogs to arrive. They had been packed very safely. The dogs themselves are packed in beautiful boxes showing the balloon dog on the lid.
I love them both. The LED-dog shows beautiful colored adaptable light and although of course because of the size there is a lack of bass, the speaker dog has very clear sound and one can feel the music vibrations when picking it up. It's great for music (I don't like it if the tracks contain too many drum cymbals though, as they sound a little bit "stressful" as it pushes the speakers to the limit), listening to podcasts or using it as an external speaker while talking on my mobile phone. The microphone also seems to have good quality - up to now nobody complained when I use the dog microphone for telephoning....
I also really like the size of the dogs. Some might consider them as quite small, but to me they have the perfect size to easily carry them around and one can always find a little spot to place them where they can look good 🙂. This makes their everyday use very practical.
There comes a microfibre-cloth with each dog which is very cute (it has a ballondog engraved /printed on it) and perfect to give them a clean from time to time to remove dust from the surface.
I recommend everybody to open their homes to welcome a balloon doggy (they don't need to be walked by the way 😉). They are adorable! 🥰
