After speaking to agent to Cancel services after only 2 weeks of having them, they still charged my card full price. Services like this shouldn’t be recommended to others. Seems money hungry to me.

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER
STEER CLEAR OF LEXINGTON LAW
All they care about is your monthly payments. I’ve been calling them for 9 straight days to speak to someone who can help me , today , the 9th day someone called my phone 1 ring and hung up. When I called back the message board stated their day ends at 4pm. It was 3:59. So done with this company. Worst company EVER

Horrible horrible

Horrible horrible! Do not sign up with LexingtonLaw! They give you false promises. I paid $139 auto pay every month for the fast result option total rip off I never did see faster results which sucks because paying $139 is a lot of money every month I don’t care what anyone says it is a lot. It is best to get with a private credit repair person because at least you will have faster result and most likely you won’t get scammed since it’s private. The LexingtonLaw scam is they delay the process although I paid more money for faster result but they delay of course to take money from you each month. I never see growth on my Lexington law account points goes up little by little what’s the point of paying for fast results when you aren’t getting faster results just false promises! I hate them please shut this scam company down anyone out there!!!!

Run Don't Walk From These Guys

I have been trying to help a person who is iredeemably broke and in horrible debt. Had to get POA to sort the messes out for this disabled elderly veteran. Checking Bank statements show Lex Law copping $180 per month from account for over a year. Calling creditors they all say they never heard of them. Called Lex Law and they say they did a lot, like on a bill for $103. Interest and late fees total thousands on cards and they took care of 103. Planning a legal action vs these crooks

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company! I actually used the company twice. The first time there was very little immediate action but I canceled because of financial reasons during the pandemic. I later gave them a second try, huge waste of money and time. There were 2 items I needed removed from my credit report that were old and paid in full that I didn't have time to address but it seemed worth a few months to correct. 6 months later there had been no progress and when I called to inquire why I was told that an old item was removed, not because they removed it, it was old and fell off, but not what I had hired them to do! I was told they were sorry, credited my account for one month and they sent letters. Another two months no progress, I called again. This time I my call was sent to an obvious call center outside the USA. The "representative " claimed to be a paralegal but there was no way! She was clearly reading a script and when I asked that she stop reading over the same script and answer my question as why my online account reflected incorrect information she couldn't answer and began reading the same script again! I requested to speak to a supervisor 6 times and she refused to elevate it! I disconnected the call and requested a call through the online chat. The rep who called apologized and acknowledged that they out sourced thier call center. Needless to say I canceled. I believe this company is a scam to take money and produce no results. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau but wanted to spread the word. Do not trust them, be vigilant!

Run away from this place

Run away from this place. They said I woukd see an improvement on my credit score in 30-45 days. It has been a couple days short of 90 days and my credit score has dropped 60+ points from 668 to 607. Not one negative item had been improved on any of my credit reports from any credit bureau. I get the run around when I chat or call and I am plainly told to just wait and keep paying and something might fall off or improve on your credit score in 6 months to a year. I should have just waited for items to fall off or weigh less over time then waste my money.

Don't do it

Don't do it. I'm sure the owner of Lexington law is doing rather well. Smart business on his or her part. But for us as a consumer...I paid out a couple hundred dollars and had zero results. I did not have bad credit, I had one creditor that continualness called and sent letters. I was afraid to return there call because I don't know the laws. I hired Lexington law to help me fix it. The took my money then informed me a couple months later that I need to hire a lawyer that they dont deal with creditors!!!!

Everywhere you go the reviews are the…

Everywhere you go the reviews are the same. This company is a scam. All of the credit bureaus have an easy online dispute option. You can do this on your own for free. Lexington will charge you 119 bucks a month to do the same thing you can do yourself in an hour. The thing is they will continue to charge you month after month after month and your credit report will never change. They arent doing work for you their taking advantage of desperate people. I've searched the net and everywhere you look the reviews on this scam outfit are the same. Do nothing for you and charge you over and over again for basically sending out an occasional letter that does zero good of your debt was legitimate. Save your money and go online and fill out the online disputes yourself. I got 3 removed in less than an hour. The remaining 2 wont come off. I'm stuck with them till 7 years elapses but still managed to bring my credit up 90 points in one month by myself. I'm at 630 now and by this time next year my credit will be good again. These people are con artists avoid them.

If you have the money and you’re considering it, do it

I’ve been using the service since March (6months) and at ~$100/month, it’s been an extra expense for sure, but they’ve been able to remove far more from my credit report than the few hundred that I’ve paid.

A few debts that a bank just wouldn’t let up on although we all could see that they were misreported (and never rectified), and even the remaining portion of my student loans (also misreported) were removed from my credit report.
What I’ve learned is that the average person doesn’t have time or authority to call these people and navigate debt reporting without messing something up. Don’t even try it yourself. Get a pro in your corner, it’s worth the money.
I was a doubter until a friend (who I worked myself into debt with) told me about his experience. Couldn’t recommend it more.
