I believe a law suite will soon be…

I believe a law suite will soon be placed on Lexica if they do not start refunding people their money. Do NOT do it. If they know their Generator isnt working they should shit the site down or at least stop allowing it to take payments. At this point it is defrauding people.

Service does not work

I should have read the reviews first, but I didn't, and as a result, I lost $10. Apparently, the generator hasn't been working for a long time, and tech support doesn't respond to emails. But since they keep charging for the subscription, it's safe to say that as of today, lexica.art is a SCAM!

Was great for several few months.

Was great for several few months of my subscription, then just started displaying a server error every time I tried to generate images. Ended up cancelling my subscription. I was gutted because it used to be one of the best image generators out there.

Unusable

The site has been unusable for over six weeks. Persistent error message: "Image generation error / We're currently experiencing issues with our image generation server." Please try again in a few minutes. I have now cancelled my subscription.

O stars as I have a paid subscription…

O stars as I have a paid subscription and the site is unusable. Unable to login and if I do get in, unable to generate any images. I have sent multiple emails to their support and have gotten no replies. Unless they can respond with a solution I will not be renewing my subscription.

Never sign up for this site!!!

One of the worst image generation services on the internet. Slow, full of bugs, terrible quality results, terrible customer service, as they don't respond to emails about absolutely anything. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY ARE NOW CHARGING FOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL UNJUSTLY, WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. NEVER ENTER THIS SITE, IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE IN TERMS OF AI.

Closed the portal so that I cannot cancel upcoming payments.

Slowly becoming more and more unusable. Cancelling as there is no point trying over and over to get this ai to actually create anything... anything at all. They never answer emails and sometimes you can't generate anything for weeks on end.
And now I am unable to cancel as the portal is inaccessible. Do not give them a single dollar. I have to cancel my card to stop them taking payments again.

I used to love this generation tool

I used to love this generation tool, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was unable to generate any images due to constant errors. Despite contacting support, I never received a response. Charging customers without providing proper service or support is unacceptable and reflects bad business practices.

Don't Waste Your Money On Lexica Art

If I select a negative star, I would. I renewed my subscription a few weeks ago, and have not been able to generate an image since that time. I'm very disappointed in this platform. Also, it is almost impossible to find a link to the support service. If you search the internet for "customer support" at Lexica, you get crappy images of customer support AI products created by their customers. Find another place to create AI, because you can't log onto this site!!!!

Lexica.art are committing fraud by…

Lexica.art are committing fraud by taking our money and refusing to provide the service we paid for. The service has been down for over 2 months and all emails I’ve sent to their support address have been ghosted. I paid for a year and am still owed 6 months. Do not pay them money.

Lexica is taking money but no image…

Lexica is taking money but no image generation for at least 60 days.

I had to cancel and they kept the $10.00 and didnt refund me.
No customer service is available.

They had the BEST looking Victorian Vintage style photo generations I have ever come across.
They looked authentic.

Why they don't hire someone who knows how to fix this terrible issue is beyond me.

It has NEVER worked correctly since2023 but I would generate as many images as I possibly could because so many of their images were very dynamic.

WHAT A SHAME!

Doesn’t Work. No Response. Still Charging

I am a paid Lexica subscriber, and the service has been effectively unusable for days.

Every attempt to generate an image fails with the same message:

“Image generation error – We’re currently experiencing issues with our image generation server. Please try again in a few minutes.”

This is not a temporary glitch. The issue has persisted, and Lexica has not provided any fix, update, or explanation.

What is worse is the complete lack of response from support. I have contacted them multiple times and received zero acknowledgement. No reply. No status update. No timeline. Nothing.

This is unacceptable for a paid service. Image generation is the entire product, and Lexica is currently charging users while failing to deliver it and failing to communicate.

Technical issues can happen—but ignoring paying customers is not acceptable. At this point, it feels like paying for a service that simply isn’t being provided.

Until Lexica restores functionality and starts responding to customers, I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing.

Cancelled after almost 2 years

Cancelled after almost 2 years. Haven't been able to use site for 2 months. No customer service response after multiple attempts. The product is currently useless for me except for their ability to bill me.

I paid for a one-month subscription to…


I paid for a one-month subscription to Lexica Art to generate images, but every time I tried to use it, I received an error message saying the server was experiencing issues and would be back in “2 minutes.” This happened repeatedly. I reached out to support to understand what was going on and never received a response. Unfortunately, I paid for a service I wasn’t able to use at all.

This company these scumbags refuse to respond or issue refund

This company is untrustworthy and has no customer service whatsoever. Please note that the website contains no information about an office, a contact phone number, or even a mailing address. These people exist solely to extract money. The quality of the content is below average, there are numerous limitations, and there is no progress in updating or improving the quality of the content! I'm trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but these scumbags refuse to respond or issue one!

unfortunately it's not working anymore....

Lexica.art is amazing and worth every penny, BUT for almost 2 months it is not working anymore. there is no way to contact them. or at least i get no replies.
It is like it was a one person project and he/she disappered from the face of the earth.
really such a shame because it was the best AI art generator for me.
