The quality is really soft and comfy. The skirt fits perfectly and the clothes look exactly like the pictures! So many cute trendy pieces, will definitely shop at Lewkin more!

After i placed my order it only took a few weeks to arrive! it was nicely packaged and even came with a few stickers. the quality was nice and the knitted sweater i got was actually really nice quality and thick. the jeans were super comfortable and stylish as well!

Lewkin is such a cute brand with a lot of different designs to choose from. As a 5’8 tall girl, I love their jeans so much, they fit so nicely and are absolutely tall girl approved.
Also, they are very communicative, sweet and helpful!

the clothing is trendy, the quality is high and comfortable. Decent shipping but still got the products I ordered.

I've collaborated with Lewkin and the PR team especially Audrey has been very helpful for any questions I had and provided great guidance. Additionally the products were very unique and I loved the style of clothing.

Placed an order, never recieved the parcel. They say the package was delivered but when I go see on the tracking page it shows the delivery place in another country… I tried to contact them but no response and it’s been weeks. If you live in Europe I really don’t recommend.
Don’t be fooled by them responding to the reviews here, they don’t follow up after, there is 0 customer service…

UPDATE:: Lewkins customer service has resolved this case! They were really nice and apologized for the confusion and explained in details what had happened. They also said that they will continue to improve their order cancellation and processing procedures to ensure clearer and more reliable communication going forward. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars because of how nice they were and how they handled my case. I want to give them 5 stars but I’m not 100% sure if they would have gotten back to me if it wasn’t for trustpilot. I guess when things happen to me with any company it takes a while to gain my full trust again. That’s just me. If I ever do order from them again, that will be the real test on how things go. If everything goes well, I will surely give them a 5 star rating with an excellent review. I have to admit that they do have cute clothes.

I had placed an order from Lewkin and later that day found out someone had already ordered those tops for my granddaughter. So approximately 10 hours after I had placed that order I emailed Lewkin to cancel my order. This is their response.

Thanks for your message. Your request to cancel order GL308982 has been received, and since your order hasn't shipped yet, it will be forwarded to the appropriate team for processing. You'll receive confirmation once the cancellation is completed.

2 days later I receive an email that my order was shipped. When I emailed them back why they shipped my order when I had cancelled? I was told they can no longer cancel my order because my order was shipped. Dishonest companies like this take advantage of people by telling them their order was shipped after they try to cancel so they can tell you that they can no longer cancel because your order was shipped. I had to dispute it with PayPal to get my refund. They are dishonest. I order a lot online and would have given them a lot of business had they been trust worthy. My granddaughter is at that age where she loves clothes. And she likes a lot of clothes that are from Korea. There was another top from Lewkin that she wanted and she probably would have found more which I would have ordered had they been honest with me. I guess she will have to look some where else. I’m sure there are other Korean online stores she can look at. Date of experience 1/16/26 is when I first cancelled and they replied the same day that since my order hasn’t shipped yet it will be forwarded to the appropriate team for processing and that I would receive a confirmation once the cancellation is complete but 2 days later is when they claimed my order was shipped and can no longer cancel.

We ordered some jeans to the UK, however they are a very weird shape and need to be returned. I have tried various parcel services and none of them will accept the returns address stated on the Lewkin website. I have messaged Lewkin twice via their Facebook page which they clearly don't look at, as they haven't responded. I tried the contact page on their website and it is faulty, therefore impossible to fill in. So we are stuck with jeans that are made for some kind of alien shape and no customer service to liase with. We will not be purchasing from them again.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of your product and the way this issue was handled.

My daughter saw a pair of jeans from your brand online and really liked the style and color. Although the price of 62 yuan was not cheap and we were aware that the return process would be inconvenient, we decided to place the order because she genuinely liked the product.

To my great shock and disappointment, the jeans we received already had a hole in them. This was clearly a manufacturing defect, not damage caused during shipping. Receiving such a defective product is completely unacceptable and extremely upsetting.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that, in order to return this faulty item, I had to pay more than CAD 23 in return shipping fees out of my own pocket. It is highly unreasonable and unfair for consumers to bear additional costs due to the seller’s quality control failure.

I would like to take this opportunity to warn other potential customers of your brand: please think carefully before trusting and purchasing this product. Otherwise, you may suffer unnecessary losses, such as additional expenses for returns.

I sincerely hope that your company will take this matter seriously, provide a reasonable explanation and resolution, and reflect on your product quality and after-sales service procedures.

Lewkin has a lot of cute clothing options for many different personal styles. I've been exploring my personal style recently, and Lewkin has become my go-to online store:) They have a wide selection of clothes from acubi-style to coquett and shojo-style clothes. They even have accessories like bags, jewelry, and even shoes:D)))
They also have really good sales pretty often— anywhere from 30% off to 60% and sometimes even 80% off:D)))
I'd love to say that I love the quality of all their clothes, but some items are on the thinner side— mostly shirts, tops, and things like that:P With that said, they still have many great pieces. It's just something to keep in mind when shopping:)
The arrival time is on the slower side for me (which I'm willing to wait for). I'm in the States, and since their clothes ship from Korea, it typically takes about 2 weeks to a month and a half for my package to arrive.
Overall I really love Lewkin, because their cute styles and frequent sales, but just note that some of their clothes can be a bit thin and you might have to wait a little bit to get your order:)

The clothing certainly was more thin than expected but its holding up extremely well(surprisingly). I just ordered like 9 more items so we'll see how it goes. Shipping didn't take that long either previously(like 1-2 weeks)

Ordered at beginning of October and never received a shipment email nor status of my order (only payment confirmation email) until I reached out to customer support. Then got told that 2 out of 3 items I ordered were not even in stock? So they sent the first item individually and I had to wait until beginning of November to receive the package. First item didn't fit so I had to return it, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL!!! I had to pay for it myself, which makes the return partially not even worth it anymore. Second batch of items arrived mid-November.

I put my address correctly and everything and my packaged haven’t arrived though it said delivered I emailed them and they sent me a POD and it wasn’t even my house?? I live in Burien and it said shipped to Tacoma ?? + that I’ve been trying to reach out but they’ve been ignoring my emails.

It’s been 22 days and I had to contact Lewkin three times for an update. I asked them to cancel my order but all of a sudden they had “shipped” my item but only provided me a faulty tracking code.

Lewkin's shipping is always super fast and their customer support is helpful if your package gets lost. I got their "I'm From" rice line and really loved the rice peel-off mask. It dries pretty quickly and protects my face from getting dirty. After peeling it off, your skin is super glowy and smooth!

While shipping does take a while, I have been a repeat customer. Their jeans are super comfy and the most flattering fit!

I love how i don’t need to go to Korea to get these type of clothes.

Lewkin skin care products have left my skin feeling so soft and hydrated! I enjoyed using the rice glow peel off mask! My skin was so glowy instantly!
