Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this shop at all costs.
The store’s name suggests that you’re purchasing from within Europe, but in reality the products ship from China. Delivery times are far longer than advertised, and the problems only get worse afterward.
When I tried to return my order, the shop simply refused to accept the return, despite their stated policies. Instead, they kept pushing small “discounts” to persuade me to keep items I no longer wanted. Once I declined and insisted on a proper refund, communication stopped entirely — no replies, no resolution, no accountability.
This shop’s behavior is misleading, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Save yourself the frustration and stay away.
