Level.io has been a blessing for our small business. We have <10 endpoints, and I could not believe that it is FREE because of this! The UI is so polished, reminiscent of Glasswire or Unifi. Top-tier service and response time from their team. Functionality is really solid, plenty of features.

Occasionally our automated system will place new accounts under review based on factors like domain, email, or IP. This is purely an abuse and fraud prevention measure. RMM tools unfortunately attract bad actors, so we have to be extra cautious, especially since we offer free endpoints.
This isn’t a penalty and it isn’t related to how many devices you added. It’s an automated review process that every major RMM vendor in the space uses in some form to protect their platform and customers.
