Help me. Do Not Print

I can not send the form telling what my problem is.
#1. Dear Holmes. I have a group that loves it but I
can't depend on getting the letters in time if at all.
I am missing all of October.
#2 History Mystery Mail. I did not sign up for it or charge my card for it. Nor have I received any of the letters they say I charged for. They must have gotten my card from my Dear Holmes account.
#3 This is the first time I have found someplace to ask for help . There is a form that does not send after you fill it out.

Letterjoy for the win

Great product. Got it for my Grandma. She loved opening her mailbox to see what was delivered each week. For each letter, I promptly got a phone call from her telling me about the interesting new information she learned.

Good product if you can get them

Great product, very interesting subjects and backstories. Letter are in the subjects handwriting as they are actual copies for the National Archives. But the problem is receiving them after you have paid for them. Delivery is supposed to be weekly. I am now into week 14 and I am now three letters behind. I have had to contact them 10 times out of 14 to have my letters sent to me. I have a full year subscription that started in Feb so it looks like it’s going to be a battle every week as the “not received’s are happening on a regular basis. Even when you contact them you get a promise they will be sent right out but half the time it doesn’t happen. No person to speak to, email only. Very frustrating. Sorry I ever subscribed at this point. So again good product but good luck getting them.

SCAM

SCAM. Fool me once…but I tried two years in a row. In both cases, my letters weren’t sent until I complained to the company. I received an email response from James Miller at letterjoy support saying it was the post office fault. We have no problem getting all mail, even junk mail. Why would this be different. Save your money and prevent frustration. This company is a bust.

What a wonderful service

What a wonderful service. I bought two of these subscriptions for gifts, and both recipients are more than delighted. Such a unique gift that entertains, enlightens and teaches! thank you for providing this wonderful service. I recommend you every chance I get.
