Ordered a personalised plant pot which is lovely. Unfortunately there was no choice of font and the font they chose to use has a very strange looking k that isn't clear it's a k. They did offer to reduce a second purchase but would make it a very expensive gift. I'm left with an ungiftable gift unfortunately.

I’m so pleased to have a great experience to report! I ordered an engraved stone as a gift for a friend who lost her dog and I had a challenge with spelling, when I reordered it came loose in the mail packaging and was lost. However the team was diligent in making sure I got my item. 3rd time is a charm!! Thanks for the excellent service and communication Marie, Joe & Charlotte!

I ordered a memorial pet stone and it arrived quickly but with a slight error. The matter was dealt with immediately and a replacement sent. I would use Letterfest time and time again. This particular product is just as I’d hoped for and the care and attention shown by the whole team was exemplary.

I ordered a book for my Granddaughters 1st Birthday and stupidly put the wrong birth date in. I didn’t realise it until I received the book.
Thankfully Charlotte at Letterfest replied to my email and got everything sorted very quickly for the template to be changed and new book was sent out, which I received yesterday…with the correct date! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Even more so for understanding my very silly mistake - a credit to your organisation!

I had a special request for an engraved pebble. It needed to be a particular color I saw on their website, and I needed additional characters engraved. The communication from Marie, a rep there, was so quick, which I really appreciated, because it was a memorial pebble I was looking to have made and I didn't want delays, if possible. This company understood what I wanted, and came through for me, having it done perfectly and quickly. It shipped out immediately and I received it in a timely manner. It's beautiful, and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this company.

What made my experience great with Letterfest is:
1. They were so accessible. Through our email conversations they gave rapid response, they answered questions, they responded with kindness. I mean I could feel their genuine concern over my situation.
2.They sent a replacement portrait for the one that got lost! I mean, who does that? They could have easily said "sorry" it was delivered to the address you gave us, so hope you find it."No! We looked, we waited, it just could not be found and they replaced it.
3.I worked with 2 different representatives, Charlotte and Marie. Thank you both for being such wonderful humans and the way you treated me speaks volumes for your company! I will use Letterfest for very special portraits and encourage my friends and family to do the same.

The drawing turned out beautifully. The communication was good and the package arrived without damage. I am going to get some for Christmas gifts.

This company seems to be using AI more and more as the years go by.. The recent growth in the business has meant the quality has drastically decreased.
They seem to pay the artists substantially less and rely on more AI generated content to create the "hand drawn" art by "Devon artists".
Over working their team, under paying them and now more and more work is being completed by AI rather then the authentic hand drawn, human made art.. how many have, or will loose work because this company had chosen to lie to the customer as its evolved?
It is very sad that this is the path Letterfest has gone down.. this used to be a company that seemed to genuienly care about both the customers and the artists they employed. But it would seem that now it is more about making maximum profit, not caring about the quality (or authenticity) of the work produced.
My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs. It is not what it used to be. Find a local artist to draw your picture, it will be much more authentic and I'm sure, will be a much better experience.

I’m disappointed with the artwork I received from Letter Fest. Based on the product description and examples, I expected a watercolor-style illustration of my house. Unfortunately, the final image did not match that at all. Instead of a watercolor rendering, the artwork looked more like a cartoon, lacking clear lines, detail, and proper use of color. It did not have the watercolor quality that was advertised and that ultimately influenced my decision to purchase.
I also requested revisions and provided specific feedback during the revision process, but the changes did not improve the result. In fact, each revision seemed to move further away from the watercolor style that was promised.
I was really looking forward to this piece, which makes the outcome especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps set clearer expectations for future customers.

I ordered a first birthday book for my granddaughters birthday. The book arrived this morning but unfortunately it has the wrong date in it. After a lot of difficultly trying to contact Letterfest, I found a telephone number. I spoke with Marie who took the details and a further £12 payment for a reprint.
My ‘complaint’ is that I cannot find a proof order which shows the details when I placed the order. I don’t know if I made an error or not and it’s cost me another £12 on top of what is already an expensive book. The month AND year of birth were wrong which suggests that I did not make a mistake, but as I have no proof of what I ordered I’ve had to pay almost £40!!

Beautiful engraved stone, just what i wanted for remembering my pet where he use to lay in the garden. Although I did think the engraving would be a little deeper . But still lovely

Potted some chillies using the soil that was provided. Please tell me why the soil has gone mouldy?! Not like it smells or has been neglected etc.. I’m talking Green fuzzy mould smelling like milk mould. It’s disgusting.. of course, the seeds are yet to germinate, I mean it’s ‘only’ been 3 weeks and they’re yet to show signs of life 😬
If you’re after a nice plant, I don’t recommend. The pot however, fine, can’t complain

I was going to order a 'daddy and me illustration' which I ordered via 'Not on the high street'. I had read reviews on the website prior to ordering but not reviews on Trust Pilot. When the proof arrived it u fortunately looked so bad it made my heart sink. The illustration did not look at all like my husband and my daughters. I emailed letter fest and they advised if I told them what I was unhappy with they would correct it. However it was hard to put my finger on what exactly I didnt like and I didn't want lots of proofs going back and forth. I showed my husband, who himself is an artist, and he said it looked like AI had been used which they denied. It looked to me like a picture you could get from a filter on your phone. Letterfest didnt want to give me my money back but not on the high street contacted the seller on my behalf and I got my money back.

Letterfest is a great company with unbelievable customer service! I ordered a print from them over a year ago of my two dogs and it is so special to me that I wanted to order a second print. Letterfest made it very easy to do this, they keep the artwork so that it's possible to have another copy made. The print itself captures my dogs perfectly and they work with you through proofs so you can see exactly what you are going to receive. Customer service responds quickly and are so professional. I highly recommend Letterfest if you are looking for a one of a kind gift for a special occasion or would like to have a special print of your pets, wedding, or other significant event. I look at my print everyday and it brings me so much joy! Thank you Letterfest!

I ordered a house print and received my proof back suspiciously fast to the point I feel it may have been AI. I asked for adjustments and they were made as requested. It was given as a christmas gift and so I have only just seen it up close and the perspex on the frame is cheap and absolutely covered in scratches. All over this is expensive and not worth the money, I also don't feel this was human done.

I agree with many people on their reviews of these supposedly watercolor photos. They are not quality are not a watercolor look more like they were traced not hand done and not even digital like. The price is extremely high for the quality. Very choppy like a traced photo and really doesn’t look Iike the photo of my pet. They made her fur look ridiculous in their final tracing of this picture. I made many corrections to try and get this a better quality but it was returned so quickly that at that point it just was a lesson learned, you get what you pay for. One and done for me.

I had found the quality of the printed portrait to be poor; the paper and printing itself and the double sided page being cut at different lines.
I had spent 2-3 times trying to get the image right through the proofing process but upon receipt found the photograph to be very evident. The same effect could easily be achieving on a general PC.
It’s a shame but the price vs what I received made this a poor gift.
