Stolen shipment, shop didn't help at all
Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered with this online shop. After shipping the item (and not providing a linked tracking URL so I had to guess where the tracking number corresponded to), it turns out the the package was left outside of my building and stolen. I emailed the company, after a few days they responded and said that they would open up an investigation with PostNL. After I wrote back to check in on the investigation over a week later, they said they hadn't started the process because I had determined that the shipment was delivered but stolen and there was nothing they could do. I even checked with PostNL, and an investigation can be undertaken but only at the request of the sender. So now I'm here, out nearly €200 because this company doesn't care at all once they have your money. Literally the least they could have done was open up the investigation but evidently they couldn't even be bothered to do that. Awful experience from start to finish, avoid if you can.
