While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

What customer service?

There is no customer service. I’ve sent mails and send messages on their webpage with no response. I’ve been locked out of the app for over a week. I’ve never needed customer service before but now that I have, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Returns and Customer Service are not a fit in 2021.

This company claims to be registered in Florida; however, it is VERY surprising to find an American company promoting online chat and phone support only to have BOTH turned off. I suspect they are a distributor. The product, an ID205L, is a women's fitness tracker with water depth submersion for swimming. Within 2 wks of arrival, the colour had rubbed off from various places on the watch band causing it to look dirty and old. The time and notifications display did not work. The company's warranty says that I have to pay for a return to them. I think a product that is faulty in design and presentation should not cost me money to be replaced.
