They say they will refund my money, thats important. So i wait now for my money.

With my purchase the company immediately charged me membership. Be careful, as this is not clearly written.

I've cancelled my membership immediately after receiving terms and conditions. The membership was cancelled.

As I don't want to buy any more products I've asked the custumer support for a refund of membership and my order as well.

Customer support is quick and tries to resolve problwms with customers. I am not at all sure that I will receive my refund, but it seems Ray and Alexandra want to help.

Update:

After posting this review, the company contacted me and stated that my refund would only be processed if I deleted my review first.

I find this very concerning, as customer reviews should reflect honest experiences and should not be tied to refund conditions.

At this time, I am still waiting for the refund to actually appear in my bank account before considering any changes to my review.

I simply want a fair resolution and transparent communication regarding my missing funds.

My problem was solved the same day as I send my e-mail

I was wrongly charged of an amount on my card, for which I raised a complaint through email. Finally, Jeremy from the escalation team helped me resolve the case and agreed to refund the amount being wrongly charged by them. So, thank you Jeremy.

This is an update to an earlier review by Andrew on 12 September 2025. After the initial review, the business contacted us and offered a "full refund" in exchange for taking down the review. They have not provided any specific information as to how we became signed up to a subscription (despite several requests to do so) and unsurprisingly they have only made a partial refund. Considering their conduct thus far anyone doing business with these people should be aware. We have lodged a report with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service. Others who have suffered the same problems at this companies hands should also consider making a report

Scam. Unclear how we even got signed up. Refused to refund. Not at all an ethical company. Watch out.

The company was understanding in the fact that I did not know it was a membership signed up for, and confirmed that they will refund me the money.
However, I have not yet receive any refund.

The letsexplore website seemed to be abused by other sites which led to an unwanted payment.
The notification of the latter was taken into account immediately and solved instantly.
