It's just a scam
It's just a scam, I've lost 40 euros for nothing. The code didn't work and they don't want to refund me, when I've asked about it. They only say to contact the 3-rd party website directly, which has nothing to do with the code that didn't work!!!
Awful experience, do not recommend.

What a disaster. Hop on hop off in Oslo has been by far the worst experience in a city. Too many people and it’s false that takes 20-30m.

Nobody there to get help
I ordered a deal for body treatment. Then I found out that was not possible for me to get an appointment on any day I could.
I contacted the institute and the say was ok for them to cancel. However I had to also get LETS DEAL to cancel it.
I tried several time and nobody responded to my emails or live chats. I got a bill on about 800kr. On my account stands that I have used the deal but I have not.

DAMAGED PRODUCT▪ARROGANT STAFF. This is a warning to you all. In my case, I received a damaged wooden rolling pin which was sent directly from China without any wrapping protection. It got a 7cm long crack. I complained it to Let's deal and they said it's supposed to be like this cause it's handmade. If I want to return it, I have to pay for the shipment. Such a low quality product and arrogant staff. They don't follow the standard for Norwegian products. Don't get fooled by seeing the seller is from the UK or Sweden. The products will be sent directly from China. So no quality checking from the UK or Sweden. They think we will accept whatever damaged items they send to us. Think twice before purchasing anything from them. You might end up receiving damaged products and have to spend your time and energy to argue with them for your consumer rights.
For me, this is my first and last "deal" with them. NEVER LET'S DEAL AGAIN!
