I don't understand why in Mons for buses that are known to be always full in the morning TEC never sends the longer/bigger vehicles. Easy example: the Bus 15 Mons - Soignies is always full of workers and students during the morning and in busy mornings it literally skips some stops because the bus is too little to contain all the people while longer buses from other lines have literally no one inside. Either TEC decides to opt for longer buses for such busy lines or it should add more buses at the busiest times (from 7.30 to 8.30). It is not possible to always arrive late to work because the bus systematically skips your stop because it is complete.

I have a week of experience with them as I took lines and routes multiple times every day for six days. Sometimes busses just do not come. When they come, they tend to be late. A journey can easily take two times more time than what is suggested by the website or the app. Disruptions are not communicated or they are not clear. So, a bus may run a different route than what it should, and you end up in a completely different place. It's chaotic and unreliable. Time tables are fairly meaningless.

Terrible. Always 20mins late or 20 mins early, the schedule is terribly timed. I live near Nivelles and the busses are always timed at least 30mins after school has finished for everyone or 5mins before school finishes. They come every hour and busses like to dissappear a lot. Chauffeurs are mean most of the time and the ppl in the bus are always drunk/high. Pls try to avoid TEC as much as you can.

Experience from Liege. There is no indication on the trajectory besides the destination. You can only pay by cash, they have no change and it is extremely difficult to find atms. All buses seem to be on the same path resulting in bus specific traffic and confusing bus stops. Then there are strikes, lots of them, it seems working there is no joy either. If you ever succeed getting into the bus you’ll need to deal with drunks and erratic driving.

The busses keep either being too early
(was supposed to be at 7:57, passed at 50 AGAIN)
or too late
(8:20-> supposed to be 8:06). Please talk with your drivers, tell them to wait a bit when they are too early (like wait a few minutes) because this is really getting out of hands.

So yeah, if you want to be in time at an appointement or at school like me
(wich start at 8:20..)
don't go by bus, choose another way to go.

These stupid busses and there dumb chauffeur's don't know that if you arrive too early they need to wait till they're on time for they're track. I'VE MISSED MY BUS MULTIPLE TIMES BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID PROBLEM AND THE IDIOTIC CHAUFFEUR'S. TEC make You're busses arrive on god-damned time. If you can, use any other sort of public transport because TEC is not worth it.

Waited outside Liege Guillemins for over an hour for a number 1 or no 4 bus that never arrived. No electronic signage to say when next bus was,no info on bus routes that anyone who didn't live there would understand. Finally got a different bus into centre. In centre all bus stops had been moved due to construction work. Again no info on where to catch buses. We saw 4 number 4 buses in a line going back to Guillemins (Obviously they travel in packs rather than spaced out) but had to follow them to find à bus stop. It turned out to be an orange sticker randomly stuck to a wall under à bridge. We only realised it was a bus stop when we'd walked past it but the bus stopped there to let someone off.

Changed bus stop nr.20 Liege HEC is not updated on the app. I schedule my trip with the app => waited 2 buses and late for train

Why is it that TEC is always randomly late?
Especially bus 15 (Mons-Soignies)... somehow it finds ways to be up to 30 minutes late. My bus (bus 82) can be late of up to 15 minutes and I thought that was bad but bus 15 really proved me wrong with their tardiness.
It's really frustrating of how late busses can be (especially bus 15) when people have places to go and stuff to do. Can that be resolved at any time? It's Belgium so I highly doubt that sadly.
