bad support

Prices are good, and I haven't had any issues with bandwidth (considering that my usage isn't very high). However, their customer support is really poor.

Last week, I made a confirmed crypto payment, but somehow it didn’t show up on the site, and my invoice status remained unpaid. I opened a new ticket and asked them to check the payment to avoid suspension. It took them four days to respond—which I believe was intentional—and by that time, I had already repaid the invoice for second time.

It doesn’t end there. I also requested a refund, but they came up with excuses to avoid returning my money. If you're going to use their service, always be cautious to avoid getting ripped off.

The bandwidth on this product was worse…

The bandwidth on this product was worse than shared hosting on the worse company out there.

They offer tons of storage but it's not reliable.

These guys will terminate you at anytime for almost every reason possible.

Pros: CHEAP, easy to install anything on there.

Cons: Lots of downtime, reboots, crashes, mysterious data corruption, they cannot restore anything, they can at anytime terminate you without warning, they cheat you by telling you they cannot downgrade. BE WARNED, you cannot downgrade and they do NOT WARN you of that.

I do not recommend. I left and found a new provider. So much better now. FAST! 1Gbps TRUE speed. I ran speed test cli on my new provider and it puts letbox to shame.

I do not recommend. Get them if you wanna browse and do desktop stuff on your mobile phone using windows remote. Otherwise, not worth anything else.

Not 100% guaranteed on BANDWIDTH but great price.

Although their bandwidth is not 100% as advertised, their DISK SPACE and prices reflect their quality.

I love how easy it is to re-install OS and the HUGE 1 TERABYTE of space they give with their CHEAP CHEAP plans.

When I say cheap I mean dirt cheap. We are talking about 500GB to 1TB in packages as low as 7 bucks.

I'm using them and continue to for developing apps, storage and site.
