I ordered some samples but one of them was wrong (it had a similar name). After contacting them they made amends and sent the right one to me. I will buy from them again.

Ordered a bottle of Clive Christian Blonde Amber from Les Senteurs, which is priced at £490 for 50ml. The item arrived smashed and had subsquently leaked out. I contacted their customer service who after a week told me to send the bottle back for inspection. I returned the bottled along with all paperwork and packaging. Once returned they reached out and informed me this damage could not have happened during transit and could no longer help me.

Would not recommend at all the packaging of expensive fragrances is terrible, the customer service is slow I had to chase multiple times for answers and they do not even provide a resolution.

Will never use this shop again. I asked for a perfume for christmas. My husband ordered it well in advance of xmas and when I unwrapped it (their wrapping) the wrong perfume had been sent. My husband double checked his email and he had ordered the correct one so it was their error. They now expect us to arrange to send the incorrect one they sent back to them and I now have to wait for the correct one to be sent out. It is now 31st December and I am still without my xmas present. Yes there are worse things happening in the world but the customer service here is beyond poor. Will not be using them again.

Received a damaged perfume...
My perfume bottle came all scratched up, and it makes me wonder whether the perfume I received was used... absolutely disgusting.
I did contact them via email, but they have been ignoring me, probably because they know what they did.
DON'T SHOP FROM THEM.

Incredible shop incredible customer service

Ordered twice and the second time purchased a full bottle. Samples are packaged well and delivery was quick and easy. For my first purchase one of my five samples wasn’t filled to the right volume, however everything else was perfect.

I got my sample and it is fake. I have this perfume just wanted a sample to take with me in a small bag. Waist of money and time. 👎🏼

Purchased a fragrance from les senteurs late last year & really happy with the service I received. I have also emailed them with questions about stock ect & the reply was really friendly. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent selection of fragrances and also a great customer service experience. Both the store and web team are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Order arrived perfectly packed and I look forward to enjoying my new scent over Xmas.

I’m not sure about this service. Why would 1 sample take the whole week to arrive? Their prices are not competitive and you can’t use their vouchers against some purchases…I’m not sure… I want to like them but something needs to be done about delivery times (or packages going missing, happened in the past).

Unfortunately, even though my products were delivered (late) their online customer service were a bit harsh about inquiring about my delivery.
May look elsewhere.

Fantastic array of the finest perfumes, decent prices, occasional sale which is always good for a bargain. Excellent service.
These guys live and breath perfume, you cant go wrong.
