Always a delay on the Calais side, literally 8 out of 10 times I've travelled recently. A nightmare to travel. They had no issues putting their prices up and taking away benefits for their customers but their service is absolutely horrendous.

Drive on drive off, quick loading and unloading, only negative small hold up for problem in the Tunnel and announcements were quite you could not hear them

awful experience, we paid £150 each way to use this train , it took us hours to get our car on the shuttle , queues were an absolute joke , there was no decent places to get any good food , we could have got a flight out for about €100 return and loads faster and less stressful , the channel tunnel is just not worth it anymore you have to be real dim to use it

Shuttle is convenient and quick. Flexiplus is a bit expensive. Also check in is not straightforward

Check in was very easy and overall great experience let down by a delay on the return leg.

We arrived early for our booked departure and were offered an earlier departure at no extra cost. Excellent service.

We love the tunnel because it is slick and smooth and we like our dogs with us.
A bit annoyed the issue with pet passports was not made clear. We have Spanish dogs with their Spanish passports, but bought AHC ‘s because of all the confusion - appears we could have travelled as usually. Anyway the tunnel is good. Lovely I can take the dogs into the area where duty free and cafes are. Means I buy things. If they couldn’t go in then that would be money not spent. Didn’t get.an early offer to go earlier this trip but love it when we do.
Indeed our crossing was 30 minutes later, but no complaints as we enjoy the first hole experience 4-6 times a year.

Easy to book. Easy to know what to do at the terminal. Quick getting from motorway to motorway.

LeShuttle is always a very good experience. Terminal is consistently clean and tidy, and everything feels well organised from start to finish. The staff are polite, helpful and professional, which makes for a smooth and stress-free journey. I have always had a positive experience and would happily recommend the service.

We had Standard plus so we were able to take an earlier crossing

Swift on board, staff friendly and helpful, only issue being on a motorbike, often when raining we have no cover..

Cost a fortune. 1+ hours delay there and back. Cost me more time than it saved and for 3 times as much money

All check in experience was good as normal but unfortunately we were loaded behind a massive freight truck that was unbalanced (this huge truck smashed cameras during its loading & unloading)
The one star is just to highlight that freight trucks sometimes get loaded with smaller passenger cars & vans.

Easy booking process and fast journey with cars and pets, but trains nowadays seem to be subjected to frequent delays.

Frequent shuttles
Unaffected by weather
Easy transit
Fast
The only way to go to the continent in my opinion

Reply from LeShuttle
This is the easiest and less stressful way to access Europe.
The booking system is easy to use and when arriving at Le Shuttle, the whole process of boarding is simple.

A month ago I had Cal/Dov booked for the evening to return back to UK. Traffic was horrendous and I knew I will not make my train. Tried to log in to my ET account but unfortunately I kept getting error messages. When arrived at the terminal I was told that my booking expired, tried to explain that this is their website that did not work, but they did not want to listen and told me to get new ticket. Tried to book online (£143 ticket) but again, there was error and I could not complete purchase, so I paid €235 in the kiosk and I was told to contact customer service for refund. I contacted them a month ago, sent them all screenshots with errors on their website etc.. there was no reply from ET. It is not a premium service that it used to be, they don’t care about people.if you can’t afford flexi plus, go ferry instead!
