Outbound timing was changed by le shuttle for whatever ever reason and then when I tried to change inbound journey time I had to pay on line admin fee?

No delays
Arrived at check-in and were allowed to go straight to next train leaving Folkestone and allowed an hour & half early leaving Calais. All trains on time and smooth travelling.

Flexibility offered for early arrivals.
We arrived three hours early for our crossing and were offered one two hours early at no extra cost. The passenger building was quiet and it was easy to use the facilities there including the clean toilets and the cafes. The passport and customs checks were quick and our main wait was in the queue to be loaded. The crossing was on time and went smoothly.

Easy from start to finish
It was easy from the booking process through to travel. I was kept informed of any changes.
The check in was seamless and staff were very helpful. The lounge as part of Flexi Plus was great.

Easy to book, on time, fair price
As per previous occasions when we’ve used Le Shuttle, everything was straightforward. Much better than taking a ferry. Recommended, will use again. On this occasion we even managed to board an earlier train which was a bonus.

The shuttles are looking tired…
The shuttles are looking tired especially the loos many of which are out-of-order. The ride is uneven even bumpy in places. Some of the indicator boards are not working. The delays to the schedule are becoming more frequent.
