Dresses came quicker than expected and are true to size. Look the same as in the picture too.

I rate this site a 0! Horrible quality. The garments don’t match the picture on their website. When I’ve asked to return the garments and receive a refund, they made 3 offers of a part refund with the largest being $52 out of a $170 order! When I pushed them further and asked to correspond to someone in management, they started ignoring my emails altogether. Do yourself a favour and do NOT order from this site!

If I had a choice they wouldn't even get 1 star.
When I placed the order they charged my card in American dollars even though my shopping cart was in Aus dollars.
It took a month to get to me, after it says 1 2 weeks.
The material was not true to description, when I asked for a return address to get a refund they offered me a $12 refund for a $170 order!!!!!
They then increased it to $48 after I said I wanted a full refund.
With still no return address...

Do not purchase from this company, very dodgy.

Ordered one dress in two sizes, figuring I could return it as their website offers free returns (across the banner in their home page). Beware, their fine print actually states it's free returns only for damages items only. Unfortunately neither fit and they're weirdly loose in some areas and tight in others. When I emailed wanting to return items, they initially offered me 25%, then 50% and finally 75% refund and told me to keep the items. Refund back into my method of payment (PayPal) was received immediately.
I'll donate the dresses to charity, they're actually really lovely but just a weird cut.

I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was an incredibly cheap and nasty fabric. Looked and felt terrible. It was also the wrong fit (no fault of theirs). Their website has a full refund policy with free return shipping, but they would not honour this. I paid $58 USD and they initially offered me $5 refund. After a few emails they offered $27 which I reluctantly accepted. Terrible service, terrible quality and misleading advertising

Nice colours and patterns. One dress is a bit small for its size and I didn't like the material as its slippery.. The others dress is comfortable and better material.. The T shirt is comfy 😊

Very poor customer service as I need a full refund and they are offering me $40.00 and asked me to dispose of the items.
For the past 3days I have asked for an authorise number to send the items back.

Anyone has had the same experience as you can’t write a review on the website to say how bad they are!!

Just received my first order from Lerelo. I am absolutely thrilled. What I ordered arrived from London in 2 weeks as they mentioned in my order. I am an XXS and both dresses look amazing on me, can’t wait for our sunshine to wear my pretty frocks. Thank you Lerelo ❤️❤️❤️

The dress I purchased one of the straps was twisted when sewed on. Had to take it to an alterations place to get it fixed.

Pure, nasty, cheap junk!!! DO NOT BUY from this Chinese company! I purchased the ‘Pink Greek Key and Orange Chain Striped Print Midi dress’ based on the image and description provided on the Lerelo website and what I received was anything but the same item. The website image depicted a cotton fabric dress in bright, bold colours. The item received was a cheap thin layered stretch sateen fabric, dull colored, rip off junk! The company has refused to provide a refund even in this instance of false advertising. Please do not buy from this company!!! I’m taking the matter further. If I could upload photos here I would show you the difference. Happy to email photos to those considering purchasing from this scam site.
