I have been the victim of a phishing scam and lost over 400E, and the bank has refused to help, and simply say it's my own fault. I have now closed my account. They are dreadful and not to be trusted.

They ask many document in order to send a wire transfer B to B, since 1week my account is lock with 30K GBP. I cannot call them, and their chat leave a message : "they will get back to you asap".
i will report the case in FCA and WATCHDOG BBC.

The worst bank I've ever used
They told me that my account would remain open for outgoing transactions, but then changed their mind & now are refusing to let me transfer the money.
I've had terrible customer service experience with them for the 3 yrs I was a customer. I can't imagine a company like this can continue to exist when so many more options exist today.
