Leopards Courier is the worst courier…

Leopards Courier is the worst courier service in Pakistan. An envelope was booked from Hyderabad to Karachi. Since 5 days envelope has not been delivered. They never receive call on their helpline number. I contacted them on facebook chat where they took my complaint and gave me ticket no. But its been 2 days and still my envelope is not delivered. We all should file complaint against Leopards Courier in Consumer Protection Courts. When the court will fine them heavily then they will understand the pain of the customers.

When I contacted Leopards Courier

When I contacted Leopards Courier, they claimed that the delivery rider contacted my customer but the call was not answered. However, my customer clearly stated that he waited the entire day and did not receive any call at all. There was no contact made from the delivery side. This shows a serious communication failure and misleading information provided by the courier service.

The service is gone pathetic

The service is gone pathetic. Untrained staff is hired that puts the wrong destination of the shipment as I came to know through the tracking ID. Due to this there is long delay in delivery and almost a week is passed and still delivery is not done. I gave them repeated reminders about the wrong destination in order to avoid the delay but they treated as normal without making any efforts to rectify it and save my time. No effect.

They lie to get your custom

They lie to get your custom. They deliver the parcel but it seems there's no attempt to keep to stated deadlines. So if it is something important please don't rely on them as we did and deeply regretted.

Worst courier service ever

Worst courier service ever. Leopard Courier has zero professionalism. Parcel was delayed with no updates, customer support never answers. No tracking accuracy, no responsibility, no apology. Completely unreliable. Do not use this company.

Never Ever Recomend

Very Bad Expererience with leopardcourier.. First of all they don't deliver on time.. They keep the parcel in their warehouse for a week.. it's not the first I faced this issue.. Firstly the parcel arrived in the warehouse on 22nd Jan and marked as delivered without delivering on 26th Jan.. and then delivered on 28th jan.. Complaint many times but they doesn't respond on time.. and if respond properly they don't follow up just said have patience your order will be delivered soon.. Very pathetic services.. I won't recomend leopards to anyone...

Poor service with Zeero customer services

i sent a parcel Lahore to Karachi on 6th Jan and delivery boy return the parcel on 14th Jan and wrote that Standard charted bank H-O is shifted from I-I Chundarigar road Karachi...............
and when i do complaint he said please post again i will ensure that next time must be delivered at your own cost and shutt the call

Worst logistics service ever

Worst logistics service ever. Parcels are always delivered late, customer support never answers calls, and no one responds to support tickets on time. This company is destroying shipper–customer trust due to late deliveries and fake returns. Avoid LCS at all costs.

Very bad experience and very bad…

Very bad experience and very bad service. I will absolutely not advise anyone to use this service. I have called here and there somewhere they don’t pick up phone and some pickup and hang on. Parcel has been sent from Faisalabad to Mirpur since 13 of December and still not delivered and I don’t know where is parcel.

Worst Courier!

Worst Courier!! Not a single person showed up to resolve the issue. Their tracking ID won't work as well, and the support number also doesn't have a toll-free agent option. WORSSSTTTTTT COURIER!!!!!!!!

Never Use Leapord Courier

A birthday gift ( which was scheduled on 12 Dec 25) was delivered from Karachi to Rawalpindi on 8th Dec. Contineous tracking and push revealed it was sent to Rawat where as the address mentioned on parcel was of Kachehri Chowk. Recoeved personally from Leapord office on 16th Dec. The worst courier, lier staff and managment, in human and non ethical. Company must be disbanded

Late Payments are their speciality

I've been using Leopard's Courier COD services for the past 2 years. They never paid on time until today. I have to visit their office 3-4 times a week just for the payments, but they don't care how frustrated a seller is because he has to manage all the advertising costs out of these payments. They keep most of the amount with themselves and never pay the sellers what they owe on time. I never recommend anyone to open a new COD account with them. They drive you crazy and are the worst at paying your payments. Today I'm leaving leopards, and I hope this will make them realise.

Awful Experience horrible customer service

Overnight delivery but took three days to reach my city in Islamabad, parcel reaches at 10 am it is now almost 5pm I've tried contacting them through their tracking order messaging no one responded, their Whatsapp no one responded .. i call them directly he writes up a complaint and tells me I'll be contacted back in 20 min.. its been an hour and no ones contacted back, i recall them now and the guy hangs up on me saying my voice cut off, everything was fully connected and clear.. and the order is still not dispatched to me and the customer service is even worse.. no confirmation or clarity on anything absolutely garbage service

Horrible Service, Dishonest riders. Avoid at all costs.

Had a horrible exoerience with them recently when i orderee a sound system from Lahore. First the riders turned uo withou intimation when i was at work when i asked them to wait as no one was at home they said they had other deliveries and they would visit
tommorow to deliver.After that multiple phone calls and complaints later no delivery and various excuses. Im amazed this company is still doing business judging by the other reviews here. Non existent concept of customer services. Avoid at all cost doing any sort of business with them as absolutely zero accountability / reaponsibility.
