It was a pleasant surprise stepping into your shop a few weeks ago. I wasn’t looking for a bag but your bags found me and it was love at first sight and touch; Beautiful, chic designs that are very functional (the lock is 👌🏽), with the most beautiful, supple leather. The ladies in your shop were lovely and very professional. The shop didn’t have the bag I wanted in stock and so I opted for one to be shipped to me in NYC. It arrived 2 days after I got home. One of my favorite souvenirs from Paris. I can’t say how thrilled I am to have my chic new “Soft Laurence.” Watch out NYC, there’s a new cool kid in town: Laurence!

Does not respond to email regarding delayed shipping. I have not received my order until now. It’s been 12 days to be exact and have not received a response from this bag company if my package has been lost.

My name is Léo Dominguez, co-founder of Léo et Violette.
I have just seen your review posted this Sunday, May 3rd in the afternoon (5pm Paris time), and I wanted to personally follow up with you.
You initially contacted us on April 30th at 11:30pm (Paris time), which was late Thursday evening. The following day, May 1st, is Labor Day across Europe, during which our team was not working. This was then followed by the weekend, when our after-sales service is closed, as indicated on our website. This explains why you had not yet received a response.
Regarding your package, it was shipped via UPS Express. However, for reasons currently unknown, the parcel has not progressed in transit. I have just opened an investigation with our logistics partner to better understand the situation. We will get back to you as soon as we receive further information.
In any case, please rest assured that a solution will be provided this week: either a new shipment will be arranged or a full refund will be issued.
For your information, May 8th is also a public holiday in France, which may slightly impact processing times.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Regarding the inside :
indeed, as clearly mentionned on the website, the lining is as suedine lining. Suedine is a very soft and qualitative material that is used a lot in the leather goods industry.

Exceptional Service and Timeless Quality
I had a wonderful shopping experience at Leo et Violette. From the moment I arrived, the reception and service were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Francois was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each product in great detail, thoughtfully showing me other designs and options without any pressure. He also shared the history of the brand and what makes each product unique, which added a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship.

I have been trying to process a return for my order #LEOVS1053435 for several weeks now, and despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, I have received absolutely no response. For a brand that claims to be high-end, their lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I am stuck with a product I want to return and no way to reach them. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.
