Customer service gives a run around....and around...and around
Customer service will ask for photos, then more photos, then completely igrore you. My experience was just awful. They do not stand behind their promises, you are stuck with the item once it is shipped. The image is very blurry compared to the border and is the first thing you notice. They will tell you that is "normal" and sorry they cannot accept a return. You will have to fight it on your credit card and will win but good grief it will drag on for months and months. Keep all of your records, photos of their site etc.

Promise merchandise by a certain date…
Promise merchandise by a certain date which was great because I had to give a graduation gift. the merchandise was 3 weeks late so I ordered the same thing from a different company and it got to me by graduation date. Now I don't need the Leo bedding but they won't take it back unless it's defective. I have no use fo this $78 gift

Unfortunately I don't like the quilt I received. It isn't exactly like what's pictured and the corded edge wasn't sewn well where it's joined at the top of the quilt. I won't order from here again. It took a long time for this item to be delivered but I was in no rush, so leave a lot of time between ordering and needing it.
