I’m excited to try the lenses out and have only given four stars as I’ve not had the opportunity to wear them but they look awesome 🙌

I ordered a pair of
Beach blue lenses. When they arrived the colour was Cyprus blue. I queried this via email and they told me the were the same but used a different name for marketing purposes ????? Yes I could return them or if I didn't like them after trying I could have another pair at a reduced price. Obviously all at my cost.

i have ordered Beach Blue Contact Lenses and Meadow Green Contact Lenses , I have received only Meadow Green Contact Lenses , Not received " Beach Blue Contact Lenses"

I buy contacts lenses quite often and this was my first experience here. I can’t really give a review of the lenses themselves because they never arrived. They were shipped 48 hrs and it’s been a week and nothing. I emailed them on Friday and got no response, I tried again Monday
and again no response. It now says it will come on Wednesday, so a week and a half if it does come. It’s not just the delay it’s the lack of communication.
I’d go somewhere else after this. Others are much more reliable and give better customer support.

Great product shipping was very fast.. 2 days. Even got a nice little surprise bag of haribo with my order. Was kept updated of where my parcel was and when it would be here. Highly recommend

The lenses obscure your vision a total waste of money and they refuse refunds!

It is very comfortable in my eyes, and the shade's colour is exactly the same as in the picture.I thinking to order some more but unfortunately shades are not available at true moment

I haven’t ordered from this site before now but they came up when we were searching for a uk based cosplay contact lens site for a last minute plan before a con. I selected next postage and they did come very promptly! The lenses looked great when they arrived in safe packaging with a free storage kit and some sweeties too! When i wore the lenses they had great coverage over my extremely bright blue eyes and were comfortable for 9 hours of wear. I will definitely order from here again. Thank you very much :)

I was so happy to find this UK-based, family run business when buying contact lenses for a costume.

Having compared a few sites and vendors recommended from Instagram, I found Lensmate through a Google Search. Their selection, quality, safety information, and prices were ideal and I wanted a vendor based in the UK. Their communications were courteous and the packaging of the lenses was lovely and had a real personalised touch! I will be ordering all my lenses from Lensmate going forwards.

I ordered 2 pairs of lenses for an event and paid for express delivery. Upon opening the lenses, one of the lenses in both pairs had a raised sharp bit of plastic on them. This scratched the inside of my eye and caused great discomfort. When I contacted them and asked for a refund they asked me to return them and they will inspect them and decide if I can have a refund. I replied and asked if my postage would be refunded too? Also as returning I would now need to pay extra postage of recorded delivery because otherwise they can say they didn’t receive them - would they reimburse that too? They didn’t reply, complete radio silence. I will be escalating it as I have been scammed out of money for something unfit for use. They can’t sell faulty goods and expect us as the consumer to foot the bill for postage both to and from to return. I could have easily sent photos, videos, if they didn’t want to reimburse postage but instead they ignore. I will be taking this up with PayPal as they are breaking the law.
