If I could give less than one star I would. Never got my glasses. They keep telling me they were delivered, but they were not delivered to me. I contacted customer service the post office then I just decided to dispute the charge on my credit card. What I really wanted was just my glasses. This is a horrible company for customer service stay stay away.

The worst experience of my online life .If items are perfect lucky you .However any returns are at your own cost and usa is not a cheap return from UK. Websites not clear as it looks and mistakes are at your own risk .Plus frame style at your own risk .£90 paid £48 return hopefully in a few weeks .wouldn't recommend as taken over 2 months to receive return address which isn't unfair to mention when I requested it from day of receiving glasses .No hard feelings as its rock bottom prices with rock bottom Service

Not delivered
I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses and never got them. They said they were delivered but I never got them. The tracking showed they were in customs for 2 weeks then all of the sudden they went from customs to 3 different states in 1 day then from one city to my address in 12 minutes, that would be impossible because that city is an hour away if you drive straight through with no other stops. The neighbors didn’t get them they were not on my porch or anywhere. I contacted lensmart and they sent me to Seel for a refund and I don’t have any cash apps so they want my bank account information and no way in hell am I giving them that.
I guess I’m just stuck with fewer dollars and no glasses. In my opinion they are one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Great customer service
I love my glasses. I got 4 pair for a fourth of what it would have cost to get one pair locally. I got progressive lenses and they are perfect. The sunglasses I got are great and keep my eyes shaded good. Also, I tracked my order and USPS said they had delivered them but they were not at my home. Lensmart gave me the tracking number for USPS so that I could file a claim on the insurance that I purchased for non delivery. I would recommend purchasing the insurance and it is only a couple of dollars. Lensmart has been very prompt in replying to my emails and being very helpful. My order did show up 2 weeks after the tracking said it was delivered and that has nothing to do with Lensmart. I think my package was left at a different address in the initial delivery. Lensmart was great during this whole time trying to assist me.

Sham of a company with rubbish products
Ordered from this sham of a company and received prescription glasses that were unusable. Awful varifocal lines that look like windows. Lenses that were supposed to be thinned that weren't and the customer service department, you go round in circles with the same questions over and over. And if you try to return the shipping costs are extortionate! Don't waste your money with the sham of a company. Oh and they will offer you a partial refund if you take down your bad review.

I am very happy with my Aubrey glasses! They look exactly like the photos, the quality is excellent, and the prescription is perfect. They fit comfortably without needing any adjustments.
I also want to thank the Lensmart customer service. I had a shipping problem that was not their fault, but they responded quickly, remade my glasses, and sent them again without any hassle. Their communication was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Best customer experience ever!
I made an error on my order by uploading the wrong prescription and when I contacted their customer service to correct this, they were so helpful and patient. They also made sure to get the prescription right and also confirmed with me that it is accurate. It was my error but they handled it with such grace and kindness.
This is also my second purchase from them, because I know their products are good quality. I still use my eyeglasses and I ordered a new pair for myself and now I have included my husband too.

SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! Don't waste your money with this bogus company. I contacted USPS and was told that my replacement package had incorrect address that was totally Lensmart error. The package was returned back to Lensmart according to representative at USPS. Lensmart is trying to say I need a statement from USPS that they don’t do. I was told to have Lensmart contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number and they would let Lensmart know that they addressed the package incorrectly and the package did not have my address. Now Lensmart saying they can’t call to confirm that they were the ones at fault here! This has been going on with them since April 2026 when original glasses sent to me broke in 2 days!! No resolution in all this time and they have my $61 and I have no replacement glasses!
