Very good experience

The response from the shop staff was not satisfactory. The issue arose due to an incorrect booking made by the store team. Although they acknowledged their mistake, the resolution was not provided in a timely manner. There was also a lack of proper communication among the team members, which resulted in me having to visit the store multiple times unnecessarily. Additionally, I had to incur an extra expense of ₹300 due to the store team’s error. I expected a more professional and customer-focused approach in handling the situation.

The experience is quite good.. specially the communication skill of the salespeople..the quality is much better than other optical renounced brand stores compare to the price of the product. I have only one complaint that if you have multiple shops in a city then try to keep most of the stocks in every store.. in Kolkata there are only two stores which has the most collections and others lack collection in store. So 1 star not given for the same reason.

One of the best specs i have ever got, it has always been smooth experience with lenskart, and i got my specs delivered within a day, way before the delivery date.

Very bad experience because I went to store at 10:30 they said come at 11:00 because then store will open but store is already and they even don’t say me come inside they just come outside and said don’t come inside store is not open

The frame I brought is still with the problem after an repair and an exchange, and also one store staff who is behaving rudely, he also said that he is assistant manager of the store, but in reality he is senior sales person

I had a good experience at the store, with eye checkup and finding right pair of frames and lenses of my choice. Staff is very helpful especially basavaraj guided me with the options and helped me picking my right pair of eyewear!
