I always received a prompt response, and customer service was ready to help and knowledgeable. Getting my frames refilled with prescription was the easiest and fastest process as well. I love LensesRX. I love their prices. I love their communication. I love the quality of what they produce. I've bought lenses and frames there many times, and it's always been a very good experience. If you can't handle a week or two wait, then don't use them, but if you plan ahead, they're great and will save you a bunch. The thing I really appreciated this time (got new lenses), is that I sent in the old lenses (and they returned them), but what was impressive is that on the old lenses they had marked several locations, with a fine tip sharpie, with crosses and lines, which told me they were doing everything possible to get my new lenses just right.

I have trying use lensesRx for two times. They have no transparency about the expected shipping and delivery time. If for you this is important, try other companies.

We contacted you and confirmed the frames were available. We placed the order on line, frames only on Feb 24. I received a notice that the optometrist approved and nothing. It's now been two weeks and we still have no status on the order.

The customer service is above and beyond. They have a variety of frames at different prices for every budget. They let you know step by step what is happening with your order and when it will ship. If there is any problem, they address it immediately. Always top of my list for frames.

Took to long. I paid $30 for rush shipping but that is only from them to you not the entire process.

The customer service was phenomenal. There was a mistake in the size, but when I called them and told them about it, they immediately gave me a return authorization and corrected it and sent it back. I chose them because I was referred to them by a friend, but the line on there website that said they did not wear suits was what drew me to them 😀😀 and I’m glad. I will definitely recommend them.
