The arm fell off my Lindberg glasses that were reglazed by this company, who took extra time to send out the order originally. When i contacted them, they were no longer in business, so that lens ended up being a waste of £280.

Purchased new lens for my Lindbergh frame, however one of the arms has fallen off and I tried contacting the company for a repair, but they don’t seem to exist anymore. So now I have to purchase a new pair of glasses after spending over £300 with this company.

Excellent replacement varifocal lenses in my Lindberg frames. First class.
I would have raised the score if the nose pads and side sleeves were replaced. I know the small costs of these items and it would have really improved customer satisfaction.
Nevertheless I will use them again.

Very prompt processing of order. My frames with new lenses were posted back to me within 6 working days of receipt of my glasses. I am a repeat customer and all my orders have been dealt with in less time than expected.

I was a little dubious as ordering on line can have its problems but it was so easy and efficient. I’m really pleased with my reglaze .It a brilliant polite service with great results plus why buy new frames if you don’t need them .

The replacement varifocal lenses were unfortunately unsuitable. I reported this back & the matter was resolved quickly to my immediate satisfaction. Responses to emails were very prompt.

Same thing has just happened to me.

My wife had her glasses re-glazed last week and absolutely no issues lenses are fantastic those were the fourth time we've used Lenses in Glasses so I sent a pair of my own glasses to re-glazed yesterday and I've just received the same email ie the order has been cancelled due to some unspecified issues at 'HQ' with the glasses being returned to me today.

Well how does that leave customers who've just had lenses reglazed then, I mean does this mean we've no warranty now?

It's all very well being 'ambiguous' and apologetic on a public forum but you really should be informing customers individually, who've recently spent a lot of money with your company, if they're still going to be looked after in the event that something goes wrong with the lenses or order.

We have recently spent £290 with your company so where does that leave us exactly?

I ordered a re-glazing pack last Friday the 26th July the pack arrived on Saturday and was posted off to Edinburgh on Monday and then two emails arrived on Tuesday, one saying basically beat it, the other one just after saying that you'd received the glasses.

Shambolic doesn't even describe this issue your company were taking orders as late as Friday and posting out reglazing packs yet people have posted on here saying their order was cancelled on Monday.

Totally unbelievable way to treat people.

I've just sent my glasses to another supplier in England to be reglazed per your 'advice' on Tuesday so you've lost two customers and an order for £230.
