I’ve used Lens Distortions assets for my videos, and the quality is outstanding. The customer service team is also responsive and helpful, improving the experience. Highly recommend their products to anyone looking to enhance their video content.
Really poor practices. They simply cancel the monthly subscription without informing the subscriber, and when the subscriber attempts to remedy, it’s noted that there is no longer a monthly plan….
….And then they ignore customer service ticket. Truly disappointed as the products were great. The only way to subscribe now is to purchase upfront annual licences, OR a la carte product bundles.
Customer lost. Moving to Audiio and Universal.
Changed the game for me, I feel like Hans Zimmer with that audio library.

Everything in this platform is high quality, from finishing luts, music & sound effects to video effects and more.
Lens Distortions is not for everyone, is for them who understand the quality and versatility of the assets.
The interface is the cleanest I ever seen in a platform like this, everything is easy to find due to the searching tools.
There are not many assets compared with others in the industry but I prefer quality over quantity! And they add new assets frequently, I’m always excited about new assets knowing they will be high quality.
The license they offer is very good, cover almost everything, of course cover your clients to.
I do recommend Lens Distortions!
I like the product however they discontinued my set which is now unusable because you have to enter in a product key and I have yet to be contacted back by support a week later after multiple attempts to contact. These products are not cheap so I feel like I’ve had a huge loss now that I can’t use these and would have to pay twice as much to buy the new sets!
The website promises effects "Made from optically captured glass elements with rich detail".
While being certainly composed with some English words the entire promise however falls short of making any sense to me.
From what I see I would avoid that rubbish.
