I ordered 2 pair lens
I ordered 2 pair lens. Neither were useable. $400 wasted. Horrible Company, Total Rip Off Don't take a chance!!!
I love my new sunglasses but the online status UI was horrible
I love my new glasses. Well done on the my lenses. The reason I could not give 5 stars because I could not see the status of my glasses-it felt like I sent my glasses into the abyss and I did not know if they were coming back. I understand a quality process/length of time and I am definitely ok with that but the online status UI was horrible.
The experience was great but more work required now
The experience was great, the lens replacement and lenses are amazing my issue is, the frames were stretched and now the glasses are loose. They weren't loose when I sent them, so the process had to stretch them out a little. I will now have to spin my wheels looking for a shop in Vegas willing to attempt to correct this issue. Everything else was pretty great. Thanks

Not great communication on when to expect the order back, receipt etc. Took days to get response. But the glasses were good once received
Overcharge on credit card
Company response was quick with sending out the glasses, however my credit card was charged $10 more than what was quoted and what was reflected on the Invoice. There has been no explanation why the charge was $10 more than the quote and invoice.

The frames and the glasses are great. There was some miscommunication with the order and shipping information. It was not clear if my prescription uploaded correctly and I never received a shipping confirmation and had to reach out to confirm both of these things. For that reason only 4 stars.
Order got stalled
Order got stalled (taking a long time) and the site never got off "6 days to shipping," so I emailed for an update at day 6. Rep said it was going to ship in 1-2 days. Website continued to say 6 days. It didn't ship in 1-2 days so I emailed again. In another 2 days after that it finally shipped. I felt like I was just being placated.

It took more than 6 weeks to receive my glasses which was significantly more than the stated turn around time. There was also no communication about the delay. I had to reach out to customer service and even then didn’t receive an update. Only a “we’ll look into it.” I love the glasses and the lenses are well made. Just need more accurate turn around times and better communication.

The lens are great, clear and what I asked for. These werte for a set of smart glasses. I use them at the office so I may listen and work on my computer.
Good service for a great price
Thanks to Lensabl I finally have my new prescription lenses in my signature ‘square peg’ frames. And I couldn’t be happier.
Since I have a collection of frames that need new lenses after cataract surgery, I checked with my optometrist and they wanted $500 JUST TO REPLACE the lenses in frames I already own and love. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered glasses and frames and didn’t get them
Ordered glasses and frames, everything was easy to do on their website and the price was great. I found them from a sponsored ad on Google. A week after the order they contacted me that the exact frame wasn’t available but gave me options to choose from. After another week those were no longer available and they had an unknown timeframe of when they’d get the Ray-Ban frames from the supplier. I wanted another week and after that I bought them somewhere else. The customer service was good but slow and the lack of fulfillment was very disappointing. I probably wouldn’t shop here again due to this poor first impression.
NEVER AGAIN! NEW CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!!
Ordered glasses from the over 2 weeks ago. They promised shipment in 6 business days. It's been over 12 business days now and their site is still promising shipment in 6 business days. The worst thing is that their customer service cannot give you update on your order. They would promise to find out what was going on and contact you with an update, but never would. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM LENSABL AGAIN.
UPDATE: Lensabl responded to the above review and said they anticipated my glasses would be completed on May 23 bar any unforeseen circumstances. I paid for overnight delivery, so if completed on May 23, I should at least have received it now. Today is May 29, I still haven't received the glasses yet. The original order was placed over 3 weeks ago. Again, never again will I do business with these people; new customers be warned!!

One of the lenses was lose from the frame. These are my old frames that I had refilled. The Rx seems good but I had to reset the lose lens with some difficulty. Disappointing...if I could manually reset the lens into the frame the techs at Lensabl should be able to. I will use Lensabl again but if a future problem occurs I will take business elsewhere.
