Not sure how they demand so much for their products, I've had my LOQ PC for work and been using it for about 4 weeks total. The battery runs flat in matter of minutes of working, NOT hours. They advertise up to several hours of usage, and with completely normal use it's dead within minutes EASY.
The portable mouse is defect and doesn't work after real careful use of the computer. SSD doesn't run anything near as fast as the M2 on my main computer. Graphics are way lower than expected, quite slow, and the brightness adjustment is living it's own life. I would recommend everyone to stay the hell away from this company. It's not serious at all. Customer service was excellent during ordering the product, afterwards they leave you alone to work it out yourself even though you have guarantee for up to 3 years. They told me they will bring a operator to come fix the PC at home, but later on I didn't hear from them. Also I tried contacting Norwegian customer service, and none of them understands norwegian, only indians with broken english, even if you speak english they don't understand your simple questions.

500$ 3 year old Lenovo VR camera is now a paperweight...useless!!!!!
I can no longer get spare batteries for my 3 year old lenovo camera.. batteries were not allowed to bring on airplane home from holiday since they were a danger to flight safety and were bloated and not working .. after 1 year!!!!
Since not purchased in Denmark they had only 1 year warranty and can no longer be purchased!!!!
Lenovo refuse to take any responsibility and send me in circles regarding support!!!
Shame on you Lenovo!

I placed an order for a costum build of the E14 laptop March 4th from Lenovo.no (Norwegian website).
After reading the reviews on trustpilot and realizing that delivery could take a long time and that they are famous for bad costumer service, i decided to cancel my order. I expected trouble and arguments with the support crew. No such thing happened.

They were quick to cancel my order and issue me a full refund!

Would still not give my money to this buissness, but in my case, their costumer service was good.

After many phone calls, e-mails and complaining Lenovo agreed to fix my 17 month old computer as a good will gesture as it only has a one year warranty,it cost me £800 and was described as a very high quality machine so I was very disappointed when it broke down after a very short period.I sent it back to Germany for the second time and I was told it would take up to 15 working days to fix and return, after 17 days I contacted Lenovo and was told they were waiting for a part and could not keep my PC any longer so would return it to me, this I thought is ridiculous so I phoned to speak to a manager who was busy so couldn't speak to me so I asked for a call back. The computer a C540 has been returned to me un -repaired with no correspondence or explaination from Lenovo. Terrible company inferior manufacturing bad communication inadequate warranty.
