Brilliant
Brilliant, fast and easy app to use. So useful when I’m only home from Uni for a couple of days and need to use a car! My only positive criticism is that having to upload images of the car every time you begin a new policy can be a bit of a hassle. This hasn’t happened to me as I’m lucky to have a roomy parking space at home, but I can imagine that if the car is left in tight parking spots on small streets, getting 4 pictures of the sides, front and back may be tricky. Overall, fantastic app and I have already recommended it to a friend who is looking forward to Android release!

Lenny app is by far the best I have used.
I have found Lenny App to be really easy to navigate prompts you when you need to take photos and before and after your policy begins and ends.
In my opinion this is the cheapest, most competitive insurance company out there... highly recommend them.

Love using Lenny
I honestly love using Lenny, very easy and simple process to get insured. The app is really great to use its very user friendly. Only thing I would love Lenny to change is there age policy on certain cars, there are other temporary insurers out there that are covering 20 year olds on cars that are high performance.

Hey Sanjay! Cheers for leaving a review, it's really helpful to understand what we can improve on. The reason we have a few restrictions on how old you need to be to drive certain cars is because the Lenny app is fairly new (less than a year old). And while we're still growing we need to learn as much as we can about how risky different customer are to insure as well as what types of cars our customers want to insure the most. This is all with the goal of hopefully relaxing the age policies over the coming months.

Lenny was such a great choice!
Lenny was great when I needed to use it on my sisters car when I was back home from uni!
I will admit I did use a different app before finding Lenny but it was way too expensive, that’s what led me to finding Lenny, I was so happy that Lenny offered the same type of hourly insurance that I needed but for way cheaper. It was quick to set up and the app was easy to use. I was on the the road in no time! Such a simple process. Thankfully I never had to make a claim but it looked to be a simple process if I did need to use it.
If you’re looking for great insurance that beats the rest of price, usability etc - Lenny is the best app to use!

Hey Casey - thanks for leaving a review, it means a lot. Clearly the app only works if you can actually get insurance on the car you want to borrow so I totally understand that when this doesn't work out, it's really frustrating. 😞 I thought i'd just give a brief explanation as to why this is the case and let you know what we're planning to do to extend the amount of cars we can cover.
Because Lenny is pretty new (we'll have our 1st birthday this April 🎂) we started out with some restrictions on what type of cars we can cover - this is to limit how much risk we expose ourselves to while we're growing. The good news is, we are growing! Which means we're planning to extend the range of cars and vehicle values we can cover over the coming months. I'd be more than happy to chat to you more about what you can get cover on at the moment and would love to find out what you'd find most useful for us to prfioritize in the future - drop me a note at help@lenny.app.
