Received in the mailbox a letter with “INFLATION RELIEF FOR QUALIFYING FLORIDA INDIViDUALS”. On the inside is an example of approximately the amount one owes on credit cards with prevailing interest rates. In contrast their loan specifies an APR of 5.99%. After extracting my SS# they provided an interesting monthly payment. However, this was a bait and switch. One would empower them to settle the credit cards accounts for presumably a much lower amount and all cards would be cancelled with a negative effect on credit score. Interestingly, I received a call from a bank within an hour detailing a credit card application for $8000 from across the country that was using my SS#. Be aware.

I know that when you get the paper in the mail it seems like you'll get a personal loan but I'm sure like most you're surprised when its a restructured debt program that you qualify for. Do your research, and yes it does seem scary but Rose was amazing! She didn't push and answered all my questions. Yes, I know it may seem scary at first but I'm going to trust the process and do the steps needed to get back on the right track.
