I usually don’t share reviews but I’m compelled to share my experience. I was looking to consolidate high interest debt as I worked to secure long term financing. I was seeking a low monthly payment to free up cash, which I was told by others was impossible. Two hours later, I received a call from Kristine who was very helpful and super responsive, stating that not only was I approved but they offered to increase my loan amount based on business financials. Overall not a bad experience. Your website needs some fine-tuning. Specifically, it was very difficult to upload the ID you asked for. However, so far your employees have been communicative and easy to work with.

The process with LendThrive was fairly simple and straightforward. Their portal was easy to navigate and they communicated well during the process. They had the best terms for my small business loan of all the other lenders. The reason I am only giving four stars is because I received a notice there had been a hard pull on my credit by Avana (their parent company) before I had even agreed to go with LendThrive. Also, I made it clear I needed the funds by a specific date, which would have been the case except they couldn't figure out how to navigate the process once they realized I recently created another new business. This could have easily been avoided had they done their due diligence ahead of time, and it shouldn't have mattered anyhow. The funds came in just a day late so we worked it out but it was terribly stressful at an already stressful time.
