I applied for a refi, fulfilled all requirements, and have been waiting almost 90 days. They can't get my records from IRS to satisfy their investor's extremely rigid requirements. I ask for updates daily, and am repeatedly told that there's nothing they can do to help speed the process. Definitely don't recommend.
I applied and satisfied all documents and paid for appraisal out of pocket. LenderFi rejected my loan due to a lien they don’t know how to deal with, even while subordinated. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said the appraisal can be transferred to other lender. The problem is other lenders wouldn’t accept it. I’m stuck. What a bad experience it was. Wouldn’t recommend.
I was so glad at how Sean Novak and his team in Lenderfi helped me through the process of my refi. They managed to accomplish everything quickly. I've had some unpleasant experiences last year with other lending companies, and Lenderfi, through the thorough assistance of Sean, turned it around.
