Avoid like the plague
Would give this 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered a calm stitch and a bunny. The stitch is nothing short of deformed and the wrong bunny arrived. I have tried contacting the company via their contact form online and Facebook messenger but have had no response at all. They claim to offer a 30 day money back guarantee but then when you read their refund policy, it says they will not give refunds. Absolutely disgusting.

Scam - do not purchase
Contrary to guarantee listed prominently on the website, they refused to accept return of an UNOPENED and UNUSED product for "hygienic reasons." Read the fine print in the tiny "returns and exchanges" section at the bottom of the website. This company is a scam. You can buy the same cheaply made product for $12 on Amazon.

Terrible quality
Item took longer than stated. This is advertised as a high quality product. I could’ve bought the same thing from Shein for £10.
The quality is terrible! What a con!
The front and back are hard. Not ideal to cuddle. The noise is makes is awful! Soft breathing??! It sounds like someone taking their last breaths and dying!
I bought this for my mum as my dad died a year ago today. I think this would traumatise her, not help her!

Broken and wont replace
The item took a long time to arrive. When it did, it came poorly packaged, no instructions/ documents. The soothing stitch toy is not soft and cuddling but hard and does not have a secure fastening at the back to stop young children from getting to the battery section. None of this is a problem for me as my item arrived defective and wont come on. Upon messaging the customer services email address I was told I would need to provide photographic and video evidence of the item not working. When I told them I didn't have the smart phone to do this I was told it was tough. I am happy to send the defective item back even at my own cost but this is not good enough. Now all Customer Services are doing is replying with the same response rather than accepting the item could be returned and then they would have their proof. I am not asking for a refund just a product that works, which is what I paid for!
Terrible company - item is badly built so I think it's pot luck you get one that works unfortunately.

I have contacted your team and they have responded multiple times saying the same thing - that they need a video. Please do not post replies on reviews to try and make it out that you are a responsible seller. If you want to resolve my issue then please provide an address that I can return the faulty item!

This is not a legitimate company. They make their money by scam advertisements advertising "50%off" then when you actually hit submit order, your buy one get one free deal is "buy one get a free Keychain" all of a sudden. Wait over a month for it to arrive then if you can figure out how to turn the loud, obnoxious baby toy on, you can't return it! Fraud all the way around with this company, they suck! The item is loud and won't turn off the baby lullabies. It's obnoxious and I'm currently trying to get my money back through the fraud department on my credit card.
I have asked for a refund repeatedly and they keep getting back with excuses. "Where's my order I placed a month ago" they send me tracking that indicates it's been stuck in an infinite loop at the shipping facility. It finally arrives after over a month of waiting and emailing then, I couldn't get it to work. They wrote back saying to send them a video of it not working. I send them the video, they say to press the button harder, never indicating where the button is, mind you. I finally find the button and discover it's really loud, and ask for a refund. They tell me it can't be returned for hygienic reasons. Now they are pretending they want to help because I wrote a bad review. Don't trust this company. The product is garbage, cheaply made and really loud. No way anyone is sleeping while this thing is wailing away.

Avoid at all cost. The motor on these teddies is so loud. I have been emailing daily for over a month to get a refund and just keep getting the same automated message.
They are sold as an anxiety reliever but my 2 SEN children were too distracted by the loud motor that they actually cause them stress. £60 wasted. Please don’t make the same mistake

Hello kitty plush
My partner ordered me a hello kitty plush from this website when it arrived it didn't work. After a bit of back and forth with their customer service with them getting increasingly rude and blunt they finally agreed to send a replacement with express shipping. To no ones surprise when the replacement arrived it did not work either. Emailing the customer service again I am still waiting seven days later for them to "Check with their team and that they'd get back to me soon" in regards to a refund. Bad customer service, poor communication and a terrible disappointing product. Don't waste your money buying anything from the website.
