I ordered Stanley cup from amazon on 16-may-2024 and it is shipped through lemon mode on 20-may-2024, its been a month that my order shows not yet shipped, its with lemonmode or amazon I don't know but I have tried dropping multiple emails but none of those emails reached lemonmode and there is no way to reach either party. i expect a refund or having it shipped, if it is stuck with customs at least let me know, but this is absolutely not done This is the worst shipping service ever. You should reach out to me for having my order delayed for a month.

I am really dissapointed. I have used Lemonnmoda previously without any issues.
I placed an order on 09 September 2023 and was charged £108.22 however the order actually came to £90.12. I want the difference refunded. I have sent 1 message and not had a response. The email address on the website bounces back and the contact us form comes up with an error when i try and submit it. I haven't recieved the items yet but they are in transit.

I haven't purchased anything from this company as bad reviews put me off. I was also alarmed that the company do not respond to bad reviews but leave lengthy response to positive ones. Massive RED FLAGS !!!! Obviously no looking to right any complaints !!!!!

Nice dresses, good price, fast delivery

After receiving my item it looked nothing like the dress I ordered poor quality material and was too big even though I measured myself correctly before hand don't think I would buy anything else simply because of the material. I have to say though after sending a message asking for refund I didn't get 2 reply offering me discounts but said no I wanted full refund they stuck to their promise and gave me full refund today and told me to keep the dress so I was happy with the customer service just not the quality of the items and it didn't look like the dress I ordered

I ordered some items at the beginning of April 3 weeks later the delivery company informed me the items were damaged and had been returned, despite numerous emails to the company I don't know if they are resending or refunding my money. I am now going to contact my bank to get them to get the refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are based in Kowloon so many reasons not too use.

I returned a dress for £31.00 2 week ago and still no refund .I have tried to contact them and after care and no contact at all .I am not letting this .go this should not be allowed. If I knew the company was in Hong Kong I would not of ordered .buy.it said London.

I will never order from this company again. My dress arrived, not like the picture and didn’t fit. I have tried to return it but have just been ignored. I am now out of pocket and stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit.

The size S would fit a 9 month pregnant women and you won't take item back. I can't wear it or sell it. What are you going to do?

They have a great product, reasonably priced and shipping did not take forever

I have been trying all week to get a Return authorization. The items I ordered all run very small. Customer service responded to 1 email and offered me a 10% discount if I would keep the items. That's ridiculous. Your policy clearly states that returns are okay within the 1st 14 days. Now no one will return an email and of course, no phone number is listed. If I can't get a return, I will post on every site I can find how bad your company is.

Absolutely disgusting, 8 times I tried to contact through the correct procedure to send items back that were bad quality and did not fit. They ignored me, I eventually found email address so I emailed they stated return date had passed but on this occasion they would accept the return, but failed to give address for return. They are now ignoring any further emails. Absolutely disgusting customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LEMONMODA!!! As all other customers have mentioned, they are quick enough to take your money but DO NOT REPLY to requests to return an item. I have sent two messages requesting to return a dress that is too big and they have not responded. Plus the quality of the dress is crap!!! I won't be buying from them again!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered for the 2nd time, items arrived, however trying to return them is pretty much impossible, Lemonnmoda customer service do not respond, when they eventually do, wanting to know which items I wish to return, once again a returns form is not forthcoming. I think these are just delay tactics so as to run out of the window to return the items. I will not be buying from them again!

I have ordered a dress which was too big so I requested to return it and at the same time order a smaller size. As you can imagine the order went through swimmingly but they offered me 10% off to keep the other one. I reminded them that it's too big and now they are BLOCKING 🚫 my request to return; it states error all the time.

First time I have ordered from lemonadea, I found that it was a simple and easy process from ordering through to receiving product.

Bought two dresses - return them now over 8 months - and despite them confirming that they received the item - they haven’t refunded my money.

How the heck does this company operate?
I am not going to let them get away with it.
