Misleading and confusing information on the website, slow customer service. The website stated that COMFORT provided access to all clubs, but after purchasing it I learned that the L. Asanavičiūtės club was excluded.

I spent more than an hour in total waiting for English-language support. The Lithuanian line answered almost immediately, but the representative could not assist me in English. This is disappointing for a company selling memberships through an English-language website.

The information on the website and by phone is contradictory, and resolving a problem caused by incorrect information took a huge amount of time. If my trainer did not work at this club, I would not return.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. I contacted customer support to freeze my yearly membership for 2 months—a feature they actively advertise. I was told it wasn't included in my specific plan, and that freezing it for just one single week would cost me an extra 3.49 EUR.

When I told them to just cancel my subscription altogether due to these misleading practices, they dropped another bomb: they claimed I would have to pay back all the discounts I had received under the yearly plan just to leave.

But the absolute worst part—which they bury in the fine print—is their discount trap. They advertise Black Friday and promotional discounts that look like a yearly rate, but the discount only applies to the first 3 months. After that, they quietly jack the price up to the full amount for the rest of the year. I have never encountered a business with such predatory and deceptive practices. Avoid them at all costs.

If u want to buy a membership for one month, than you have to call the custemer support or email them to cancel it, othewise you will owne them money for the months you havent payed . Probably says it somewhere with small letters . In my case, i bought one month of membership thinking”ok if i want ill by more “ i didnt . Now two months later i get message that i own them money and i have to pay for unused membership.

Pretty awful company, 0 customer service availability, phone kept ringing for 30min before I decided to stop trying. Online services to actually getting a membership are faulty, webpage error prevented me from redeeming my membership gift card. Now it says it’s redeemed..

Had earlier issues with this company with their scummy contract rules, they won’t take your money when you enter and ‘buy’ the membership. Instead they wait for you to somehow manually buy it again without letting you know. So after a while they are able to give you fees for not paying.

You also can’t buy exactly one month of membership as you need to cancel the membership on day one otherwise you will be fee’d more than the month.

The whole company feels like a scummy organisation that will look for loopholes to leech money off of you.
