The 13 inch dual zone cymbal arrived in just 3 days!!! For the value I highly recommend getting it

While the main issue with this order was with Evri (missed delivery deadlines and no communication or updates, it was compounded by Lemon's lack of Customer Service.

Every time I called, I received a message saying I was first in the queue, but it still went to voicemail. The messages also said someone would get back to me if I left details. I did this but got no call back.

Eventually I got an email on Friday saying it was going to be delivered yesterday with an Evri link that showed there were no updates since Tuesday. There was no delivery yesterday but it eventually arrived this afternoon

While I'm happy with the item I ordered, I found the Customer Service very poor and frustrating and won't be ordering anything again.

Worth the money

Queried whether or not my Premier Powerplay X E-kit would work with their Hi-Hats. Andy replied that he had no knowledge of the brand but he was willing to fully refund me if they didn’t. So I ordered a set and they arrived very quickly with an extended refund time and discount. I’m pleased to say that they installed in minutes and the performance quality is astonishing in comparison to the originals. Response is fast, sound is much more crisp and the cymbals sound less like I’m hitting car tyres. Great kit. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Lemon cymbals for a while now, and I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Andy because he genuinely deserves it.

Over the last couple years, Andy has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and reliable. Any time I’ve had questions, needed advice, or run into an issue, he’s always taken the time to help properly rather than just giving a quick answer and moving on. That kind of support is rare, especially these days.

The cymbals themselves are great value and have been a solid part of my setup, but what really stands out is the customer service behind them. Knowing there’s someone like Andy who actually cares makes a big difference.

Really appreciate all the help over this time, highly recommended.

An easy 5 stars for this company. I would give more if I could. From simple ordering on their website just 2 days ago to the order arriving just now, it's been a fantastic experience. I had a question for the company about the delivery (it looked like it could have been delayed (courier side)), and within the hour, they had replied with the issue confirmed and solved. Exceptional customer service. The product was packaged really well, and the mesh head itself looks great. Quick delivery and outstanding customer service. I experienced a very small issue after ordering a 14" hi-hat, and Andy was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He replied to my messages very quickly, was very pleasant and professional, and genuinely made me feel looked after as a customer. He resolved the issue promptly by issuing a partial refund, which I really appreciated.

Great cymbals and good customer service. The HiHat works seamlessly with the Fame DD-one pro drum module.

First thing, I'm very impressed by the quality of the 18"ride cymbal, it's quite the upgrade from a cy-8, feels great, very responsive.
Great communication, very friendly staff, Andy in particular dealt with my order, and was very helpful. All in all, very impressed, I will most definitely be back.

I ordered 2 cymbals late May. They took around 4 weeks to arrive due to problems with delivery from Europe.
One was the wrong cymbal. I am still waiting to receive the correct item.
Communication from the company has been very limited.

UPDATE 29/7/25
Have now received the cymbal & apologies from company for lack of communication.

I ordered 2 x cymbals to the value of £163 3 weeks ago, I received an order confirmation email showing a 2-4 working day delivery timeframe. Since then, I have received absolutely nothing. No communication, no confirmation that anything has been dispatched, nothing. They don’t answer the phone or respond to any emails I send to them. Absolute radio silence.

My requests for updates go unanswered, as do my requests for a refund. I am now having to contact my card issuer / bank to see if they can help with getting the money back, otherwise I will have to accept a £163 loss.

I wish I’d read the negative reviews on Trustpilot before ordering, it seems a few others have had similar experiences. This is a scam, don’t fall for it…

EDIT: I have read the reply from Matt, and it is a complete pack of lies. I have not had any contact whatsoever, other than the reply to this review. I have certainly never sent any confirmation that I am aware of any delays and happy to wait. I’d love to see any evidence of me supposedly confirming this, because it simply hasn’t happened. I note Matt says “If you have changed your mind and would prefer a refund, please drop us an email and we will get that sorted out for you…” - I have emailed requesting a refund several times, and have been completely ignored.

It appears the only way to actually speak to this company is via a negative review. Hopefully they will read this edit and actually issue my refund.

My opinion of the ‘company’ remains unchanged - Zero communication, lies, smoke and mirrors, and still no refund issued. Scam.

Good product for a good price. I ordered a 3 ply mesh drum head and just put it on now and it feels great
