Poor customer service experience
Positive is that they have a great range of products. Negative is that the returns process is a nightmare. I ordered two products- one which ended up being the wrong size, and the other which had a defect. Where the returns process for other brands would take a matter of minutes, I am now in my fourth day of email exchanges with their customer service, and none the wiser as to when a return label will be issued. The time spent on this far outweighs any positive sentiment I may have had about the product range or speed of delivery.
