This is by far my favourite fat dissolver to use on chins and lower faces. It causes my clients minimum swelling and I can contour their faces without causing empty sagging skin. I found the other brands a bit too aggressive on the chin and jawline,and yes they did shrink fat cells but to the point all that was left was hanging skin... but this works a charm every time do a fat dissolving treatment.
