Overall very satisfied with the service. Been using LH for a number of years now. It is a quick and easy with a simple tele-visit.

Lemonaid provides good products at fair prices and offers quick, efficient service. Lemonaid saves me the inconvenience of traditional office visits and streamlines the medication-to-patient process.

So many things go wrong starting with logging in. First, when I try to log in you email a code. I have to back out, grab the code then go back in on my mobile, the code will not work because I backed out. Send the code to my phone like everyone else does. Secondly, I call to get my Rx, the phone tree is literally minutes long. Thirdly, after all this, you are experiencing unusually long waits and I’m asked to call back later. I’ll go somewhere else. Hope you and 23and me sink fast. What a marriage.

Prompt response and solutions to my concerns.

I found out that I was charged an extra one month for GLP1 membership when I selected the 3 month option. When I called to clarify, they didn’t take responsibility for this mistake. On top of this issue, they ran out of higher dosages for my compounded semaglutide and I have to stay at the same level for the rest of my membership because of manufacturing issues. I canceled my membership and want nothing to do with this unprofessional company. Not satisfied and very disappointed in the outcome. Wouldn’t recommend. Rather pay more $ somewhere else for better service and care. Also didn’t get my 23& me kit with the 3 month membership either… don’t know specific date this happened. But you can look it up in my notes and history.

From the initial questionnaire to explore my options and eligibility, Lemonaid Health has been easy, convenient, professional and efficient. I have received a fast response to all of my requests. The only thing that is missing is an app.
