Before Lemlist, I felt like I was just sending emails into the void. Now I get real engagement!

I feel way more in control of my prospecting now. Everything is in one place.

I've been a client for approx. 4 months, until I switched over. This service is way to expensive, especially since you cannot send that much emails anymore with Office. 69 dollar a month per domain is crazy - there are so many better choices you can make. Plus support also regularly chatted with me to tell me I don't have an unsubscribe link, and they could ban me from the platform. That was a bit annoying as well. It's cold email after all; not a newsletter.

We have/had multiple accounts - One of them was keep on getting billed even though we texted them 3x times to get a cancellation.

We paid for over a year more than 500 per month and didn't use it at all.

Then cancelled it after we reached out to multiple people through Socials.

Don't use this company at all, they are money driven scammers.

There are now better and cheaper tools on the market. Don't use them at all.

If I could only give Lemlist 0 stars.
Beware. Excuses then to go dark on communicating. Email(s) , phone calls. Totally take the money and run.

This is a total scam. I paid $1600 on March, 27,2024 and was told the leader would be working with me.
I received no communication and one lead 400 miles away and another lead 170 miles away - not valid. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks to no avail. They won't even communicate.

Pathetic customer support, Incompetent tool

Email warmup is horrible, it sends the emails to such accounts which causes the emails to bounce negatively impacting the reputation.

As a freelancer. I won't use and suggest this tool to anyone! I don't want to make money from this tool. Because it's not working properly. Email warmup process is not working. Lemlist is trying to keep the customers inside the tool and make money. They don't care about customers.

I've used Lemlist for quite sometime now and it's one of the best tools for multichannel outreach. Highly recommend.

Love using lemlist for my emails, it's super user-friendly and the personalization is just cool.
Emails with cool images really stand out, there's a bit to learn and it's linked with Hubspot, but overall, it's been great for my outreach. Quick shoutout to the support team too - they're pretty quick to help out. Definitely recommend it

I like the UI and UX of the product, and how it handles email follow-ups. The support is also active, but there are two main problems. Firstly, paying $99 USD to use only one email isn't ideal. When I purchased the $99 plan, I was taken aback to realize that I couldn't use more than one email. It's not clear for the buyer, and it feels somewhat misleading. Secondly, the product has a scraping extension, but it doesn't scrape emails, which is puzzling. Consequently, I need to buy another scraping software just to send emails.

They have been good at the beginning. Now, not more acceptable. After locking my leads when payment stopped for a pause I decided to leave.
I will switch to instantly.ai.
Better service for a better price.

The product itself was very effective for my startup at helping us warm up email accounts. We encountered some problems with broken links when it came time to cancel. Fortunately their customer service (thanks Aleksandra!) swooped in and took care of it for us turning a 1 star moment into 5 star service.

They stopped on their side the warming up part for the emails after 1,5 month. After they had a update. Then they said it was our fault, but we didn't changed anything from our side. We spoke a lot with the customer services and we wanted to stop the subscription. The support told us that they would cancel the subscription. But we're still paying after a few months and they don't give our money back.

Buggy and slow.

Their software sent replies to the wrong email address due to one of their bugs - which caused a collapse in one of my deals.

When you have multiple campaigns, it gets VERY slow - even on a 2020 mac.

I asked for a refund and they refused because I had already used the product.

So I pay for a service, and it doesn't work, but because I have used it, I can't have a refund? Seriously?

I've now moved to Instantly.

honestly, its been 2 days and im trying to setup my account and domain and there are 1000 steps to setup their app and their chat support are from india and they are always offline on the business hours of united states and they are not very helpful when it comes to chat support. they basically tell you to contact yoru host

Tried many email softwares, lemlist is definitely my favourite. Great UX and awesome support. Also, the best warm up service I've tried so far.

Great product. Love the image personalization and mail warming features included with the product. The tool generates "lemwarm" label for the mailwarming emails. Would prefer to have the feature to generate customized labels for individual campaigns. (Would help organize the email box better)

Who made it is a true genius! And I like sense of humor which is used in UI 😸 Well done, guys!
