Good experience with Anna
I have been using the app for months just for minimal transactions because I didn’t trust it enough. Today I encountered an issue and called them again customer service with honestly low expectations. To my surprise, the customer service was fast, friendly, spoke with clear English (which is becoming rare these days) and solved my issue right away. Afterwards, I received a follow-up call from Anna asking about my experience. What a nice service!

I really love the fact that Lemfi has…
I really love the fact that Lemfi has savings account. Hope the interest rate can increase soon. Also the transfer rate is mostly good. However, rate are sometimes low when compared to other platforms.
