    Anna was so helpful today
    I have been using LemFi to receive and send money to Nigeria since 2023 no delay but today network was bad when I called she was so thoughtful and helped with all my questions.

    UK LemFi Savings Account

    UK LemFi Savings Account - STAY AWAY FROM THIS AT ALL COSTS (despite the 5% Interest).

    1) This is NOT an 'Instant Access' Savings Account and their advertising is completely misleading.

    2) 6 different LemFi call advisors have all advised that the only way to fund the Savings Account is to first add funds to the LemFi Wallet (which is not FSCS protected) and which has the deposit limits below:
    £10K per day
    £20K per week
    £40K per month

    3) 1 other call advisor said there is a way to fund the Savings Account directly (bypassing the wallet) but STILL not possible to withdraw funds from Savings Account directly - must go through wallet, for which the limits below apply.

    4) Withdrawals from the Savings Account can ONLY be made by transferring funds from the Savings account to the Wallet first and then, the following Maximum withdrawal limits apply:
    £5K per transaction
    £10K per day
    £20K per week
    £40K per month

    5) Maximum total deposit limit to the savings account is £250K.

    So, it would take you over 6 months to fund this LemFi Savings account to it's max limit of £250K (£40K max per month) and it would take you another 6 months plus to withdraw the £250K and would also take at least 50 transactions to do so (£40K max per month and 5K max per transaction).

    6) Customer Service is THE WORST EVER experienced.

    7) Savings account not available after opening LemFi Account. E-mail sent to LemFi support but no reply. Two days later, without any communication from LemFi, the option to open a Savings Account suddenly appeared on the app.

    8) Wait times of over half an hour to call Customer Support, only to be answered each time by a different outsourced advisor from anywhere in the world EXCEPT UK and always have to start from scratch with each advisor with security first and then explain the issue all over again (even though they may be able to see some notes on the account).

    9) LemFi advisors appear to have no understanding of the Savings Account product and it's workings and simply read off scripts, and then always say that they will escalate the issue to the 'relevant back office team' via e-mail (also, NOT possible to contact the 'back office team directly).

    10) Calls disconnected twice by LemFI half way through conversation and on 3rd call, got told that their systems are down so they cannot help...2 hours completely wasted.

    LemFi is fast in delivering funds. Love the fact that each time I send money, I get some reward is an awesome experience. LemFi sometimes have an exchange rage lower than what other apps has. This sometimes makes to check other apps before using LemFi .
