Fantastic quality and great communication

This year I, unfortunately, lost my mother and was left in charge of planning her funeral. Upon first offer of having a photographer at the funeral, I was really unsure whether it was appropriate or how the photos might turn out. After booking Natalie, I am really very happy I did. Natalie was incredibly respectful, communicated well and most importantly took very high quality photos of the day. She didn't just stand and take photos, but was really on the ball with attention to detail, and managed to capture individual photos of all the flowers left by the graveside, the horses, the chapel, the full whack. I am super pleased that we booked Natalie in the end, and were able to capture these photos which will last a lifetime. Thank you, Natalie, for the love, care and attention you put into this and for your high quality service.

A heaven-sent photographer

From the very first message I sent to Natalie, she was incredibly sensitive, compassionate and attentive. She seemed to understand what we needed before we could even find the words to express it, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our family during an unimaginably difficult time.

Natalie photographed our baby Ezra’s funeral, and I honestly cannot put into words how much these photographs mean to us. She captured such precious memories with incredible detail, purpose and beauty — images that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

On the day itself, Natalie was so gentle and unobtrusive. She blended into the background, allowing us to be fully present with our family while quietly and respectfully documenting moments that we may otherwise have struggled to remember. Her presence was a genuine light during the darkest time of our lives.

She also made every effort to fit us into her schedule on an already busy day, and throughout the process she showed us nothing but grace, patience and understanding. She put in so much effort to make the journey to Enfield, London and despite train delays she still ran to be by our sides (literally!) It was clear that this was not simply a job to her; she treated our family, our loss and Ezra’s memory with such care.

I sincerely hope that no family ever has to need this kind of service, but sadly death is part of life, and now more than ever I understand how invaluable this work is. Having these photographs means that we have something tangible to hold onto and cherish forever.

“Thank you” will never feel like enough for what Natalie did for our family, both in the lead-up to Ezra’s funeral; on the day itself and after. I will forever be grateful that she was there to capture these memories so beautifully.

May God bless Natalie and the work she does for grieving families. Thank you for being a light in one of the darkest chapters of our lives. Thank you for giving us memories of our beautiful boy that we will hold dear to us forever.
