It’s not from Europe, it would be from China. Do not buy, returns cost almost as much as the item

Terrible sizing, unable to arrange return. They change for shipping back to China.

The item arrived after 2 weeks from China. Very poor quality — no label, no tag. I kindly emailed asking for a full refund and attached photos showing that the item did not match the photos on the website.
They first sent me an email in English asking me to explain what was wrong, then kept sending emails in French saying they were sorry the size was wrong and that they would be happy to exchange it… but there was nothing wrong with the size, the issue was that they sent a product I didn’t order.
They offered a 10% refund without needing me to return the shirt, which would only be about £7 back — no thank you.
I hope karma catches up with these people soon.

My item I ordered hasn’t arrived in months and customer help is - politely saying - shit. They keep saying it’s going to arrive and they can’t refund

Scam website that sells terrible copies of the dresses you think you have bought. The item came from China not France. Terrible quality and fit and nothing like the dress we ordered! Naturally I asked for a refund and how to return - I’m on the sixth email with them back and forth as they are using avoidance tactics. They offered a 10% refund (£4) then upped to 20%, sent an email in French, then explained I’d have to cover all taxes and customs to send back to them. Still yet to explain how and where to send it back to. So frustrating.

I should have checked on here before buying so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!

I would give zero stars if possible! Waited two months for a dress which I can’t return as too expensive

If I could give 0 stars I would! Complete SCAM! Clothes are made in China and look nothing like the advertised images. They look like they cost $2 to make. You cant even wear them if you wanted too as the quality is so bad! They take your money knowing they are making cheap replicas that are far to hard to ship back to China and offer you a 15% refund to keep the item as they know there is no way its being successfully returned for the full refund offered. Website says Netherlands but its not, its cheap Chinese CRAP! TOTAL SCAM! AVOID!

Avoid at all costs! It’s a Chinese brand and not French. The quality of products is awful and plastic crap. Looks nothing like photos.

If you want to return which you will you basically can’t unless you pay for tracked postage back to China which is so expensive.

Their refund policy online says easy hassle free returns and they seem to allude to being a European company but it’s all lies!

If i could go lower there would be zero stars! Do not buy from this so called company! Firstly your items will come from China and take 3 weeks to come. Refund policy impossible if you ordering from the Uk! The clothing is badly made, poor workmanship, flimsy and cheap.

This isn’t even a legit company. You will receive your item but it will take around a month. Then when you ask how to return, they’ll suddenly start emailing back in French like it’s a little game. They offer you to keep the item and have a 15% refund because they know the return process is far too ridiculous and the address they give you is for some drop ship unit in China so it will 100000% get lost as so many business with fake names trade from there. Just honestly stay well clear. They aren’t legit and it’s not worth losing your money.

If I could give -100 I would. The items are very cheap and nasty, the fit is terrible and it took over 3 weeks to arrive.
It comes from China and they do not give refunds easily and u try ou have to pay for the items to be returned to China making it around £15, I really don’t know if it’s worth sending the item back. It seems I’ve made a very expensive mistake purchasing from this company.

Absolute scam! Ordered a dress for my birthday, paid £45 took 2weeks before I even got a e mail confirming the order, it then took another 3weeks to arrive missing the birthday completely. When it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture at all and was made awfully the stitching was incomplete and messy the straps where thick and made of cheap elastic when on the website where described as thin comfortable straps. The dress online is shown with lining underneath and the dress that came was pure awful quality see through lace. Customer service was appalling and still haven’t heard anything about a refund or return 1week after sending the e mail when they describe it as “quick and easy returns”. Don’t bother ordering form this website they’re a scam.

Absolute scam! They pretend the site is European but you will end up with a very poor version of it. They will then ask you to pay for the return to China. I advise everyone who has been scammed by them to speak with their bank and ask for the money back scheme on scams. Hopefully this business will actually loose some of the money it is stealing. They also have the same websites under different names. Will be ordering from big companies i know from now on.

Probably one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with ,if your considering ordering don't bother they make it almost impossible to arrange a return you have to arrange shipping and customs to China.. avoid at all cost

Don’t buy anything from this website. Total scam. Ordered a top. Took weeks to come. Nothing like the picture. They have no intentions of ever returning money. Offered to refund 10% or I would have to pay to return it to China.

DO NOT ORDER anything from this website.it is a cheap clothes website from China and it’s very hard to get refund from it.Keep coming back asking for photos of product to return it.Clearly stated that it’s because of material and quality and that they are a front for selling from china.SCAM

I ordered a white tailored blazer which took weeks to arrive. Once it did, I was shocked to see the extremely poor quality of the product. It was unlined and as thin as basic shirt fabric.
When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to pay for the shipping myself back to China, which would probably cost more than the value of the item! Total scam! Avoid giving them any business!

Fraudalent company, scam - do not touch. It says there is a no quibble return and it will not work. They also set up a monthly payment which was not authorised. If you have ordered from them call your bank and request a charge back immediately. IF your goods arrive they will be cheap and awful.

Why is this company still trading? They should be shut down!

You have no chance of returning anything unless you are prepared to pay for it.
Took 3 weeks to arrive, nothing like picture, offer you 10% off !! Then 15% !! How do I even know they will receive it? !!!!!!!
