The controls through home assistant work flawlessly, even when the internet is down. By setting up automations in Home Assistant, you can customize the charging speed based on your needs. I got into problems to insert the cables. I broke the wago inside but it was my fault: it is mandatory to use class 5 cables (3g10) and I tried with rigid ones. I asked for help and I got quick and efficient support for repair. Thanks Lektrico.

It truly is as they say it is! Compact, connected and simple! I am not a very tech person, but configuring the devices in the app was easier than I anticipated. Also, their customer service is doing a fantastic job! I did have some questions regarding the Hybrid and Green mode charging and they made things clear and easy to understand.
