Disappointing delivery.he product was fine as usual
The product was fine as usual. I gave this lower rating because the delivery driver from Parcel Force left my order in front of my garage. I was at home but he didn't ring the doorbell or contact me. I could have opened the garage doors and he could have unloaded straight in. As it was it started to rain and there was no cover on the logs. I am elderly and not able to lift the boxes and had to call someone to put them undercover. Disappointing.

Lekto Woodfuels customer services are absolutely brilliant! My delivery got split by DPD even though the courier said it was complete. Jane was so efficient and responded to the issue explaining it would follow on within 4 days time.
When I told Lekto it still hadn't been delivered they immediately took action and resent the balance the following day.
If only DPD had Jane running them I don't think they would have been an issue. The 5* are for Jane, thank you so much!
