Lekker great bikes, company & people

We discovered Lekker Bikes during our sabbatical in Australia and decided to get a Jordaan GTS eBike. Even there is no store or direct delivery service to Switzerland we were able to coordinate the purchase to a German parcel service located near the Swiss border. Gabriel was also very helpful with the organisation of VAT-refund. Also the ordering and delivery process was excellent. The bike performs beautifully and we have truly enjoyed it every day since we got it! thx again to the whole Lekker-team!

Great but not odd

I really like my leeker bike and I enjoy the rides, but literally within 2 weeks bits were falling off. I was told usually this is part usage wear and tear but since its new that they will fix it, but for a bike at this price that should not happen. Beyond that love it.

I am very content with my LekkerBike…

I am very content with my LekkerBike Amsterdam GT. The crew working in the shop are always friendly and willing to help. The take customer service to an hight level. When my warranty of two years expired just over a month and there was a problem with my bike, they were willing to repair my bike within the warranty. Now that's what I call, good customer service!

Amazing bike and easy to put together

Amazing bike and easy to put together. Looks great and rides well. When the bike was delivered, the front tire had a puncture, but Lekker arranged to have it replaced at no charge to me.

Well built, reliable eBikes with great service

I’ve had my Lekker e-bike for about 5 years now and it’s still going strong and working well. Whenever I’ve had to get customer service, it has been fantastic - quick and friendly. They also now have a service bike shop in Adelaide (the Treadly Bike Shop), and they were excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Too highly powered so battery runs out…

Too highly powered so battery runs out quickly. Can only do about 50km on the lowest power setting. Hardly need to use the peddles even up hill

Lekker biking since 2021

Bought my Lekker bike in September 2021 and just hit 10,000 km. Still going strong! Whenever I need a repair, Olga at the store in Amsterdam is always super friendly and helpful. Great bike, great service, would definitely recommend.

Great staff

Incredibly responsive and friendly staff. While I am happy with my bike, since it takes me from A to B pretty comfortably, the staff is where LEKKER really shines so far. Every time I had minor or major issues (e.g. didn't know a frame number or the bike made a weird sound), they would help me out incredibly quickly over e-mail. I can always bring the bike in, they're nice, which is very helpful.

My LEKKER-bike is amazing

My LEKKER bike is amazing! The build quality is excellent, it's very comfortable to ride, the motor is quite powerful, and the automatic gearing works beautifully. I love taking it into town, it rides great and looks incredibly stylish too.
